1. Demand background

In order to better solve such problems, Zhongzhi Internet of Things has developed this set of personnel positioning management system according to the actual needs of users, which realizes the functions of knowing the location of the guarded person, finding the missing person, and calling for help in case of problems. The details are as follows:
1. Positioning track query
When a person wearing a positioning watch walks in the hospital, the base station will identify and record the corresponding time and location information of the watch, so as to draw statistics into a trajectory chart, which is convenient for follow-up tracking and recording.
2. Lost orientated search
When the old man is not in the designated activity area, the medical staff can obtain the last position of the old man in combination with the track query, and can conduct a directional search through the handheld device in the area without base station signal coverage to quickly find the lost old man.
3. Fall alarm and call for help
When there are no caregivers nearby, the elderly can call for help through the watch if they need help; and when the elderly falls in a sudden situation and cannot ask for help on their own, the watch will automatically send a distress signal to the background.
4. Access control system compatible
The positioning watch is compatible with the original access control and gate system’s access card recognition function, and the built-in access card chip can realize the “all-in-one card” function of personnel positioning and access control management at the same time.
5. Electronic fence
The administrator can set the on/off status of the electronic fence of each positioning base station in the background system, so as to flexibly control the range of activities of relevant personnel according to actual needs and send out alarms when the fence is touched.
6. Automatic roll call statistics
By arranging the positioning base station in the personnel activity supervision area, the watch can report its own information regularly, and then summarize it to the background system through the base station to realize automatic inventory counting and counting. When there is a missing watch, the system issues an alarm and prompts the information of the base station where it last appeared.

1. Position the watch

The care recipient wears a positioning wristwatch (as shown in Figure 1). The wristwatch can intelligently choose to communicate with each base station and handset, and automatically switch the communication mode. During normal walking, the recording range can be within 3 meters to ensure accuracy; when calling for help and alarm events, it can reach more than 80 meters.

As shown in Figure 2, the positioning base station is mainly for indoor application scenarios. It detects positioning watches and has the characteristics of controllable range monitoring; dual-frequency intelligent switching is adopted, and different frequency bands are used for monitoring and communication to ensure the stability of each communication. The combination of multiple positioning base stations can realize direction trajectory detection, such as setting multiple positioning base stations inside and outside the door, you can know the in and out status of the positioning watch.
3. Waterproof base station

The waterproof base station is mainly aimed at outdoor application scenarios, with a unique appearance and full-proof design. By arranging an antenna in the area to be monitored, when the watch enters the monitored area, an alarm can be triggered, achieving accurate access judgment and invisible full electronic fence functions.
4. Handheld

For monitoring system applications, there will always be signal coverage blind spots. When the old man disappears in the blind area of the signal, the handheld device (Figure 4) can effectively perform a directional search on the watch worn by the old man, which means that the scope of supervision is fully extended; and with the handheld phone, the staff on duty can control system alarm events at any time , No need to stay in touch with the monitoring room.

It is for managers to query the latest trajectory of a designated person, which is convenient for grasping the trajectory of the person’s movement when a person is missing or during normal key observations, as shown in Figure 5.

As shown in Figure 6, when an alarm event occurs, there will be a message prompt at the “Alarm Processing” in the menu bar; after entering the processing interface, the system will sort it out according to the three types of alarm information: “Warning”, “Falling” and “Help” Class display, the administrator can selectively deal with it according to the degree of urgency; click the “Handle” button behind the message, the alarm disappears, it means that someone is going to deal with it.
Five, APP software
When a person is missing, the mobile phone can be used to search and locate outside the original base station that cannot cover the monitoring area; the software of the mobile phone can perform a directional search based on the missing watch number; after finding it, the information of the person can also be confirmed according to the watch number to make the monitoring area Find both inside and outside;
