RFID drug warehouse management system
[ad_1]
1. System background
Traditional warehouse management is generally carried out entirely by manual internal management of the warehouse, so the efficiency of medical warehouse management is extremely low. At present, most warehouse management data materials have begun to be managed by computer data systems, but the data is still collected and statistically organized by means of paper recording and then manual input to the computer. This not only causes a lot of waste of human resources, but also due to human factors, the data entry speed is slow and the accuracy rate is low. The RFID-based intelligent warehouse management system introduces RFID technology into the existing warehouse management to automate the data of each operation link such as the arrival inspection, warehousing, outgoing, allocation, shifting of the warehouse, and inventory counting in the medical warehouse. collection. The management of the medical warehouse must be continuously strengthened and improved in accordance with the requirements of GSP. Chuangyi Technology has developed an RFID drug warehouse management system.
Second, the system process
The main operation process of medical warehouse management is as follows:
(1) Warehousing (incoming inspection)
1) Receipt inspection
Key inspection:
Whether the delivery note is consistent with the purchase order;
Whether the arrived goods are consistent with the delivery note;
If it does not match, refuse to accept.
2) Make and paste labels
The specific method is as follows:
First affix a barcode label to each box of medicines to be put in the warehouse and pack them into boxes;
Then put a passive electronic label for each box of medicines, and write the information of each box of medicines into the passive electronic label. The information includes: the type, name, model, unit, unit price, production date, shelf life, etc. of the medicine, and give each box Drug number;
Then there is the tray. The medicines in boxes with passive tags are palleted according to the storage location read by the PDA in the hands of the staff. An active electronic tag is installed on each tray and the information written in the tag is installed. Including: the basic information of the medicine in the tray, the number of boxes, the storage location, the storage person, and each tray is separately numbered in sequence.
3) The system automatically allocates storage locations, and gradually transmits the storage location numbers and corresponding drug numbers of each operation to the PDA in the hands of the operators;
4) The operator transports the medicine to the designated storage location, and sends the medicine to the storage location after checking the location (if necessary, modify the drug number and quantity information recorded in the storage location label);
5) The PDA sends the actual status of warehousing to the system computer to update the inventory database in time.
(2) Move warehouse (replenishment)
The workflow of moving the library is as follows:
Log in to the system software terminal and find the specific location and destination of the drug to be moved;
Operators use PDA to arrive at the designated location;
Take out the specified quantity of goods from the storage location and rewrite the content of the storage location label;
Transport the goods to the destination location, send the goods to the location, modify the location label content;
Send back to the on-site system the operation information of the library.
(3) Disk library
The inventory operation process is as follows:
A fixed reader is installed on the smart shelf, and the fixed reader scans the passive tags in the fixed area and transmits the scanned data to the system computer. You can also use the PDA in the hands of the operator to scan the stock medicines and send them to the terminal computer.
(4) Delivery (selection)
The system computer sends out the warehouse plan;
After the PDA receives the data, the operator will arrive at the designated storage location according to the prompt of the data terminal;
Take out the specified number of medicines from the storage location and rewrite the content of the storage location label;
The goods are transported to the exit, and the passive labels on the medicines are removed;
Send back the completed outbound operation information to the system computer;
Update the central database.
Three, function realization
1. Warehousing function
Each box of medicines is affixed with a barcode, and after the box is packed, a passive label is installed on the box. The medicines in the box with the passive label are placed on the tray according to the storage location read by the PDA in the hands of the staff. An active electronic label is installed on the tray. Put the medicines on each tray on the corresponding shelves;
2. Move library function
When the library needs to be moved, the computing system sends instructions to the PDA in the hands of the operator. After seeing the instructions, the operator locates the corresponding medicines, corresponds to the quantity, moves the medicines to the corresponding target library, and modifies the corresponding label information after completion, and Send back the corresponding data to the system computer;
3. Inventory function
When inventory is needed, a fixed reader is installed on the smart shelf. The fixed reader scans the passive tags in the fixed area and transmits the scanned data to the system computer. You can also use the PDA in the hands of the operator to scan the stock medicines and send them to the terminal computer. If necessary, the current stock information can be printed out;
4. Reminder of drug expiry date
When the expiration date of a medicine is approaching, the fixed reader can read the data in the tag at any time, including the production date and expiration date written in the tag. When the card reader reads the medicine that is about to expire, the reader will send an alarm , The expiration time can be set by the administrator;
5. Outgoing function
When it needs to be out of the warehouse, the system computer sends out the warehouse instruction to the operator’s PDA, the operator locates the corresponding medicine and quantity, takes out the passive label on the medicine box, modifies the corresponding data, and sends the data to the system computer .

Four, hardware products
This system is a comprehensive solution. The hardware involves barcodes, passive tags, active tags, PDAs and fixed card readers. Among them, barcodes have a unified standard and low technical content, so you can directly choose barcode manufacturers to purchase. Our company mainly introduces active labels and PDAs with higher technical content.
