1. Design Idea

Oil production plants across the country have carried out pilot work on oil well monitoring to varying degrees. There are hundreds of thousands of oil wells across the country, and no more than 10,000 oil wells have been used for oil well monitoring, which is less than 10% of the total. The oil well remote measurement and control system mainly uses the polling-response communication method through real-time detection of wellhead parameters, and wirelessly transmits the detected oil well status to the real-time database server of the oil production plant, and uses C/S or B/S. 2. System composition

The oil well remote measurement and control system is mainly composed of the wellhead monitoring terminal and the monitoring center computer system. Its function is to transmit the detected oil well status parameters to the real-time database server of the oil production plant through GPRS wirelessly through the real-time detection of the wellhead parameters, so that the various departments of production management can grasp the working status of the oil well in time and shorten the troubleshooting time of the oil well. It is delivered to the central master station via GPRS/CDMA/GSM.

(2) Provide alarm information for abnormal conditions such as pumping unit shutdown, parameter overrun, sucker rod breakage, sucker rod stuck.

(3) It has the function of data power-down protection, which can save the set parameters and historical data for a long time. Remotely realize the shutdown control of the pumping unit when the load exceeds the limit, and the timing start control.

(4) Remotely realize the parameter configuration and over-limit setting of the monitoring terminal.

(5) Automatically record the working process of the pumping unit, the accumulation of start-up time and shutdown time, and save historical information.

(6) With static data browsing and editing functions: including pumping unit model, configuration motor model, oil well number, stroke, line name, range, alarm upper and lower limits, oil well conditions, etc., and can add data Open new oil wells, delete suspended oil wells, and modify basic data of operating wells.

(7) It has real-time trend and historical trend monitoring functions of indicator diagram, current diagram (or power diagram), current, voltage, temperature, pressure and other parameters, which can easily understand the long-term parameter changes and facilitate rapid analysis.
