1. Industry background
Coal is my country’s main energy source, accounting for about 73% of my country’s energy production and consumption. 2. Smart Mine System
InforSuite IOT EdgeServer (IIES for short) is a basic middleware platform independently developed by Zhongchuang Software Commercial Middleware Co., Ltd., which is specially suitable for Internet of Things solutions. As a basic software facility, the IIES support platform can provide rapid construction of architecture support and tools for application systems. The schematic diagram of the overall structure of the smart mine developed based on IIES is shown in Figure 1.
The smart mine is divided into four parts: perception layer, network transmission layer, IoT middleware support platform layer and application layer.
Perception layer: The wiring in underground mines is very difficult. Zigbee wireless positioning network has two-way short-distance transmission, low power consumption, flexible networking, and strong network self-healing capabilities. It is very suitable for network deployment in mines. Personnel tag cards, environmental monitoring sensors, water level sensors, voltage sensors, mechanical speed sensors, etc., transmit the sensed well data to the Zigbee gateway in real time, and the gateway is responsible for unified uploading through the network transmission layer.
Network transmission layer: It mainly uses GPRS, Internet and other network technologies to realize the long-distance transmission of data collected by various types of perception layers underground to the Internet of Things middleware server on the ground.
Internet of Things middleware support platform layer: IIES provides multiple device access technologies, through different types of sensing device adapters, to obtain and analyze massive amounts of raw data. IIES provides a complex event processing engine to filter, group, correlate and aggregate the parsed data to form transparent perception data for upper-level applications. At the same time, IIES forms specific business scenario services for specific needs, and provides interface services for upper-level applications to directly subscribe.
Application layer: Based on the perception data analyzed by IIES, quickly build a mine environment monitoring system, mine personnel management and positioning system, mine equipment control system and a real-time emergency warning system. Data sharing between systems.
