1. Application background

The software management system performs real-time registration, display and storage of vehicle information for drivers and managers to check and print data, and has an automatic number reporting function.

1. Automatic counting function: automatic counting of import and export vehicles and statistics, no manual counting is required, which greatly improves efficiency and prevents human cheating. This system can realize bicycle statistics and group statistics;
2. Print output function: statistical results can be printed out in different file formats such as Excel; and can be set to automatically print vehicle card number, time of card swiping, company name, contact information and other information; support ordinary printers and thermal paper or stylus printers;
3. Real-time display function: When the vehicle reads the card through the intersection, the roadside display will immediately display the number of the card swiping vehicle and the Nth entry and exit;
4. No-parking card swiping function: The vehicle will automatically read the card at a long distance through the intersection, and the driver does not need to get off the car or manually swipe the card, which greatly improves the efficiency of vehicle traffic;
5. Voice broadcast function: When the card is successfully read, the system automatically announces the Nth successful card reading of a certain card number, which is convenient for the staff on duty and drivers to interpret the card status in real time.
