Project background
Physical training is an important daily training content for schools, military, competition groups and other units. It is of great significance for improving the physical fitness of students, soldiers, and athletes. As the current automatic timing system used in competitions is expensive, manual timing is generally used in daily training, which is not only cumbersome and error-prone, but also inconvenient for statistical analysis of the effects of physical training.
This program adopts the latest RFID dual-frequency technology. The program has the characteristics of automatic timing, automatic statistics, low cost, easy to carry, convenient layout, etc. It can realize accurate long-distance running timing, control of necessary points (to prevent shortcut management), and single competition Data statistical analysis, personal historical performance statistical analysis and other management, scientifically improve physical training performance.
Program features and advantages
1. The most healthy and environmentally friendly electronic tag: electronic tags are usually in standby mode, do not generate electromagnetic radiation, and only emit signals when they enter the excitation zone. It has the characteristics of ultra-low power consumption, no radiation damage, and safe and reliable use.
2. The electronic tag has a long service life of more than 5 years.
3. Reliable, accurate and small error: The excitation boundary of 125KHz is stable, the boundary error is only 30CM, and the excitation distance is adjustable from 1 to 5 meters. Therefore, the excitation band remains small and stable, and the timing error is about 0.3 seconds.
4. The equipment is simple, easy to carry and arrange: the running timer comes with battery power (the battery power supply time is more than 8 hours after fully charged), the running timer and the control carpet are light and compact, easy to carry, and you only need to carry the running timer and Control the carpet to be laid on site; if the starting and ending points of running are long-term fixed positions, it is more convenient to choose the excitation antenna to be buried in the ground.
5. When the width of the track is less than 5 meters, the built-in excitation antenna of the running timer can be used, without the need to control the carpet.
6. Wireless induction type must-pass point control: only need to place a running timer and control carpet on the must-pass points of the runway, without additional wiring, when people arrive at the end point, the system will automatically remind them of their short-cut behavior.
7. If you connect other devices, you can broadcast running results by voice, and you can also connect to a large LED screen to display running results in real time.
8. The running timer has a battery power indicator function and a battery low-voltage protection function to avoid the lack of training results due to insufficient power in the training process.
9. 433MHz active RFID technology has strong diffraction, which overcomes the situation that other RFID technologies are easily blocked by human bodies or objects and cause missed reading.
10. You can use a tablet to view the training situation: a tablet or a laptop can be used flexibly. The tablet is connected to the device wirelessly through a Bluetooth reader, and there is no restriction on the viewing position, and the staff can move easily.
Scheme principle
The system consists of “monitoring computer”, “running timer”, “125KHz antenna” and “125KHz+433MHz dual-frequency RFID electronic tag (hereinafter referred to as electronic tag)”.
Distribute an electronic tag to each person participating in the running, so that one person has one card. Lay a control carpet at the start (end) point of the runway. An excitation antenna is installed in the carpet. The excitation antenna is connected to the running timer through a wire, that is, a 125KHz signal with a width of about 6 meters is formed within about 3 meters on both sides of the carpet. When a person carrying an electronic tag enters the 125KHz excitation zone, the electronic tag is awakened and sends a 433MHz radio frequency signal to the outside. The running timer obtains the electronic tag signal and transmits the information to the monitoring computer. The monitoring computer records the signal of each electronic tag. Read the time and enter the 125KHz excitation zone to automatically calculate the number of running laps and results;
If necessary, multiple excitation belts can be set at the necessary points on the runway to avoid the situation of not training according to the prescribed path. When the runner reaches the finish line without passing through all the necessary points, the system will automatically remind the runner of Shortcuts.
