2. System introduction

3. System introduction
3.1 System overview
1) Distribute a wristband label for each factory employee, store a unique ID number as the unique identification of the employee, and store simple information of the employee: name, title, contact information, department, etc.;
2) Install a directional analyzer at each door of the administrative building and production workshop (the number and location of the installation are determined according to the site conditions, so that the area that needs to be monitored does not have a blind area where the label information cannot be read), when there is a job to wear a label When a person enters a factory or room, the orientation analyzer immediately captures the wearing tag information, and transmits the signal to the system terminal through wireless transmission or other intermediate devices, and the worker enters that workshop.

4) Set access permissions for employee labels in different departments, which are divided into administrative employee wristband labels and workshop worker wristband labels. After setting permissions, employees can only enter the factory permitted by themselves. 3.2 Function realization
3.2.1 Employee authority setting
1) Department authority
Distribute a wristband tag for each employee. The tag stores a unique ID number that can uniquely identify the employee. The interior of the factory is divided into administrative office buildings and production workshop areas. Orientation analyzers are installed at the entrances of the two working areas to read label information.
Because the wristband tag is active, it sends signals all the time. When every employee with a wristband tag enters his work area, the reader reads the content of the tag.
When the card reader reads the information, it sends the data to the upper computer of the system through the communication interface, and compares it with the employee’s information in the upper computer: if the employee’s information matches the information in the back-end database, it can be entered smoothly; If it does not belong to this working area, that is, the information does not match, then the card reader will give an alarm after reading this signal, telling the management staff that the employee does not belong to this working area and enters illegally, and corresponding measures can be taken.
2) Workshop procedure authority
In the factory workshop area, each production line is divided into different production processes. For example, production line 1 is divided into: process A, process B, …, process X, etc.
Also install a fixed card reader at the entrance of each process workshop to set the entry authority of the employees. For example, employees in the process A workshop are not allowed to enter the process B workshop without authorization
When an employee enters, the card reader reads the wristband information and sends the host computer to query the employee’s information and compare them. The monitoring personnel can query the location of a certain employee through the host computer.
