This system applies RFID technology to product aging test monitoring, based on 2.45G RFIDTechnology to realize real-time monitoring of the test progress of the product in the aging test process.
system structure
Associate the electronic label with each product to be tested.
When the product to be tested (including 2.45G RFID tags) enters the burn-in test room, the wireless receiver will record the start time of the product test.
The back-end system compares each product in the test area through the product aging test principle, and when the aging test time is exceeded, the indicator light of the electronic tag flashes to inform that the test has been completed.
The system can update the test completion list in real time and send it to the test manager for immediate processing.
