RFID Fixed Asset Management Solution for Substation
[ad_1]
System solution introduction
With the widespread use of RFID Internet of Things application technology, the system uses 2.45G active RFID technology to apply to the fixed asset management of substations. The system includes the following parts:
First, the fixed asset information and 2.45G RFIDActive electronic tags establish associations in the system and install electronic tags on fixed assets;
Install an RFID wireless monitoring network in the substation room (install a 2.45G receiver extender (CMC195) every 10 meters) to monitor the status of fixed assets in real time, and send their information to the system data center through a 2.45G reader (CMC191) , Real-time and accurate inventory status and location information of on-site fixed assets;
When an asset tag that is not authorized to move is detected, the system will alarm and handle it. The alarm method supports alarm lights, emails or mobile phone text messages.
Personnel can use 2.45G handheld device (CMC168) to take inventory of fixed assets on site.
System workflow
Install 2.45G RFID active electronic tags on the fixed assets of the substation;
Install a 2.45G receiver extender (CMC195) every 10 meters in the substation room to form a detection network to monitor the fixed assets of the substation in real time and transmit the information to the database;
When an asset tag that is not authorized to move is detected, the system will alarm and handle it. The alarm method supports alarm lights, emails or mobile phone text messages.
