RFID large factory personnel location management system
[ad_1]
1. System background
For large factories, they are generally larger in scale and have more workers. However, due to the large number of personnel and management difficulties, it is easy to produce management loopholes and cause unnecessary management problems; in addition, the factory itself is also a flammable and explosive zone, which is prone to danger, causing irreparable losses and consequences; Coupled with the large scale of the factory, if problems occur due to the lack of personnel management, there is no way to be held accountable. The perpetrators will have a fluke mentality. Failure to pay attention will cause the problem to become more serious and the factory system will be difficult to improve.
2. Project significance
The RFID factory personnel management positioning system is based on the actual personnel management problems existing in the factory, focusing on solving the management problems of all employees in the factory, realizing simple personnel regional positioning, bringing convenience to management personnel, and solving many management problems in the factory. Strict management of factory workers, reduce accidents, ensure the safety of workers, avoid economic losses to the factory due to accidents, improve the reputation of the factory, and bring greater benefits to the factory.
3. System introduction
This system uses wireless sensor network andRFIDRadio frequency identification technology, through the installation of RFID hardware and corresponding functional software, according to the actual situation of factory personnel management, a complete and efficient intelligent management system is developed.
4. System Features
(1) Advanced RFID equipment technology
RFID electronic tag technology does not require a light source, and can even read data through external materials; it has a long service life and can work in harsh environments; it has a longer reading distance; it can write and access data, and the writing time is fast; The content can be changed dynamically; multiple tags can be processed at the same time; the data access of the tags is protected by a password, and the security is higher; the objects attached to the RFID tags can be tracked and located.
(2) The system has a high degree of maturity
It has the characteristics of low cost, low power consumption, stability and confidentiality, and can run independently without relying on other systems. Fully consider the reliability and security design of the network, host, operating system, database, etc.
(3) Good compatibility and scalability
It adopts advanced computer application technology and has good expandability. The open system structure and long-term life cycle can meet the needs of developing new functions in the future; the data obtained by the system through GPRS or serial port can be seamlessly connected with the system.
5. System Overview
1) Distribute a passive tag for each factory employee, store a unique ID number as the unique identification of the employee, and store simple information of the employee: name, title, contact information, department, etc.;
2) Install a passive fixed reader at the entrance of the administrative building and the production workshop respectively, and each employee with a tag who wants to enter must automatically swipe the tag when passing through the door;
3) Set access permissions for the employee tags of different departments, divided into administrative employee tags and workshop workers tags. After setting permissions, employees can only enter the factory that they allow. If they enter unauthorized areas without authorization, the card reader will Automatically recognize and cause an alarm prompt.
4) Install card readers in the workshops of each program flow, and set the same permissions. Employees in the production process 1 workshop are not allowed to enter the workshop of the process 2 workshop without authorization, otherwise the reader will alarm when entering.
5) Through the record of the card reader, the employee can be located in the area. For example, when employee A enters the administrative building, the card reader will read the employee tag, and the card reader will send the information to the upper computer to record the trace of the employee. The regional positioning of employees can be realized.
