1. Program overview
After the goods are packed in the turnover box, RFID electronic labels need to be attached to each turnover box, and at the same time, the related information of the goods in the turnover box and the turnover box label is established in the MES system.
Warehouse warehousing management is mainly judged and confirmed by warehouse administrators. After forklift personnel deliver the turnover goods to the warehouse, the warehouse administrator scans the RFID electronic tags on the turnover boxes through the handheld machine. The display of scanned goods and the statistics of the quantity are carried out through the application software of the handheld machine. The warehouse manager confirms the “inbound and outbound status and the actual quantity of the goods” according to the actual delivery of the goods, so as to ensure the consistency of the distribution and storage of the goods.
1. Establish the corresponding relationship between one-dimensional bar code and RFID EPC ID in the MES system: when the goods are sent to the waiting area, the relevant personnel complete the packaging of the goods. The packaging staff pastes electronic labels with one-dimensional barcodes and RFID on each turnover box, and the MES system forms a systematic record of the correspondence between the one-dimensional barcodes and RFID EPC IDs of the packaging.
2. Waiting for delivery: Place the labeled cargo turnover box in the pre-delivery area and wait for the forklift personnel to transport it.

It is dedicated to reading and writing devices that comply with ISO18000-6C/EPC C1Gen2 electronic tags. It independently completes the read, write and control operations of electronic tags that comply with ISO18000-6C/EPC C1Gen2 standards, and can be widely used in warehousing and logistics application systems or products. In order to better meet the needs of the client, the product built a hardware platform based on the Windows CE 6.0 mobile operating system into the RFID handset, so that it has a good human-computer interaction interface, which is convenient for users to operate.
