RFID technology is widely used, and the unattended weighing industry has also been well explained. Intelligent weighing management system has become an important technology for realizing information management in various weighing industries such as coal mines, garbage dumps, petroleum industry, and non-ferrous metal mines. RFID technology is not imitable, has strong anti-interference, rapid identification, and intelligent discrimination. It provides an intelligent and information management solution for these industries, and realizes a new type of intelligent weighing management mode that is efficient, accurate, fast and anti-cheating . RFID technology makes unattended weighing management intelligent.

In order to realize the RFID automatic identification and information management of vehicles, improve the efficiency and safety of vehicles, and collect the data of vehicle in and out, it is convenient for management personnel to dispatch, so as to reduce the labor intensity of management personnel and effectively prevent charging loopholes. The intelligent weighing management system is the automatic identification function of weighing vehicles realized by using long-distance RFID technology on the original weighing management system, and the automatically collected weighing vehicle information is merged into the weighing management system. The intelligent weighing management system can increase the passing speed of the metering department by 3-4 times. Through automatic identification of the vehicle number and accurate metering, it effectively prevents the economic loss caused by human fraud to the enterprise. After the implementation of the system, the labor intensity of the staff and the error rate of manual weighing have been greatly reduced, the transparency of the management process has been improved, and the informationization process of the enterprise has been promoted.

A complete RFID management system is composed of three parts: Reader, TAG, and application software system. Its working principle is that Reader transmits a specific frequency of radio wave energy to Tag to Drive the Tag circuit to send out the internal data. At this time, the Reader receives and interprets the data in sequence and sends them to the application program for corresponding processing.

There are roughly two categories of products derived from RFID technology: passive RFID products and active RFID products.

1. Passive RFID products

Passive RFID products are the first to develop, and they are also the most mature and widely used products in the market. For example, bus cards, canteen meal cards, hotel access cards, second-generation ID cards, parking cards, etc., can be seen everywhere in our daily lives. The main operating frequencies of its products are low-frequency 125KHZ, high-frequency 13.56MHZ, and ultra-high-frequency 915MHZ.

The low frequency is 125KHZ, which is commonly known as the frequency band of the ID card, and the reading distance is generally required to be 5-8CM. The application range of this frequency band is quite wide, such as canteen meal card, membership card, access card and so on. Because of its advantages such as low cost and simple application, it is very popular in some application system software involving RFID. In addition, low-frequency 134Khz injectable tags are also very common in animal management applications such as cats and dogs.

The high frequency 13.56MHZ, which is commonly known as the frequency band of IC cards, generally requires a reading distance of 5-8CM. The second-generation ID card currently used in our country uses the 13.56Mhz frequency band and the protocol is 14443B. This frequency band is especially widely used in the application of bus cards and library borrowing cards.

UHF 915MHZ, this frequency band is 860-960Mhz more broadly in RFID. The frequency bands used by several major countries and regions are different, such as 902-928Mhz for the American standard and 860-868Mhz for the European standard. It is 920-925Mhz. At present, the American standard is the main application in the application, and the center frequency is 915Mhz, so it is collectively referred to as 915. This frequency band is divided into two main agreements, ISO 18000-6B and 6C, of which 6B is the old agreement and 6C is the new agreement. The reading distance is generally 0-30 meters, depending on the power of the reader module, antenna gain, and tag size.UHF 915M has these advantages: long non-contact reading distance (0-30M), multi-tag anti-collision reading, fast recognition speed, identification of high-speed moving objects, long life, intelligent control, high reliability, etc. Features, currently more and more widely used in IoT applications

2. Active RFID products

Active RFID products have slowly developed in recent years. It has important applications in the field of long-distance automatic identification, such as smart prisons, home-school communication and other fields. Active RFID has suddenly emerged in this field, belonging to the category of long-distance automatic identification. The main operating frequencies of the products are UHF 433MHZ, microwave 2.45GHZ and 5.8GMHZ.

At present, the RFID used in our unattended weighing system is all passive RFID products, and the working frequency is 900-960MHZ UHF. With non-contact sensor card swiping technology, unattended operation can be realized. When the car is parked on the weighing platform, the weighing software automatically collects vehicle information through RFID equipment. After the weighing software judges that the weighing data is stable, the photo is captured and the gross weight or tare weight is saved at the same time , You can use a camera to capture the photo of the driver when you swipe the card, then print the receipt, let the vehicle go, and then start the next vehicle. When a car comes to the tare for the second time, the software automatically calls up and collects vehicle information. After the software determines that the vehicle is stable, it starts to capture the tare photos and saves the weight at the same time, and then merges the data with the first gross weight data. Record, calculate the net weight, and then print the receipt. In this way, the gross weight, tare weight, net weight data of the vehicle and the photos when the gross weight and tare weight are saved are saved in the computer, as well as the driver’s card number, which corresponds to the vehicle number one by one. Therefore, RFID unattended weighing systems are widely used in power plants, coal mines, non-ferrous metal mines, garbage dumps, freight stations and other units.
