2. Infrared vehicle positioning system

If the vehicle is not fully weighed or two vehicles weighed at the same time, the infrared vehicle positioning system will automatically detect and prohibit weighing; the vehicle is not stopped after being weighed, and weighing is prohibited; only the vehicle is fully weighed normally and the system is stopped. Weighing is allowed.
2) Infrared to the radio controller
Function and role: Detect the signal of the infrared reflector and supply power to the infrared reflector. 3) Infrared transmitter and bracket

3. Video surveillance system
The video monitoring system realizes the real-time collection of the video data of the weighing process, and the real-time monitoring of the weighing process, and can realize the remote monitoring and recording function.
4. Audio and video prompt system
The audio-visual prompt system is used to display the entire operation process, prompt the driver how to operate, and can display the processed data such as load.
5. Data processing system
This is the core of the entire system. It reads the signal of each device and sends out control instructions to record the weighing data of the vehicle.
At the same time, the system has the conversion between automatic operation and manual operation. During automatic operation, card reading, positioning, weighing, recording, electronic screen display, and recording are all automatically completed.
