The wired patrol system is to add some access control read heads (such as perimeter walls and other parts) on the basis of the existing access control system. The patrol officer holds a patrol card that marks his personal identity and transmits it to the microcomputer in the central control room through a card reader (inductive or contact type), and displays the current patrol patrol’s position. Some also set up a special patrol line and set up several card readers to punch cards. This method displays the patrol route and patrol status of the patrol in real time, but it is not convenient to change the route.

The off-line patrol system is to arrange patrol point sensing objects on the patrol route, such as glass tube proximity card, metal button-shaped proximity card, etc. The patrol uses a handheld patrol information collector to read the sensing objects point by point in order Internal code, the current time (month, day, hour, minute, and second) is automatically added each time the card is read. 1.1.1 Patrol and Patrol

1.4.1 LCD display panel of patrol collector

The LCD display panel can display job number, patrol point number, date, time and various working status signs at the same time, that is, record pointer, battery capacity, radio frequency transmission, etc. In the normal state, only the user ID, current time, records and battery capacity are displayed, and the patrol point is indicated by “—–,—-“. The time display adopts a 25-hour system and refreshes the display in real time.

1.4.2 Patrol operation

When the patrol arrives at the patrol point, press the “READER” button on the patrol collector to move the head of the patrol collector close to the position of the signal card of the patrol point. At this time, the radio frequency sending icon on the LCD display panel lights up. Indicates that data is being read. After the data is read successfully, the sign goes out, the status bar of the patrol point displays the sign of the point, and it stays displayed for 3 seconds, and then returns to the normal display.

1.4.3 Inspection and patrol operation

There are 2 query buttons on the patrol collector, which are used to check historical patrol records, the “DOWN” key is used to check the earliest records, and the “UP” key is used to check the most recent records.

The recording capacity pointer at the lower left corner of the LCD display panel will change to the recording position pointer when you are viewing it, which changes with the recording position you are viewing. When it reaches the “BOT” position, it means that the earliest one has been queried. When it reaches the “TOP” position, it means that the most recent one has been queried, and the query record displayed for this matter will no longer change.

1.4.4 Online operation

There is an RS232 communication interface on the head of the patrol collector, which is used to connect to a computer. Note the use of dedicated communication cables. After connecting to the computer. Through the PATROLMAN patrol management software, you can set the patrol collector clock, upload patrol records, and perform various statistics and analysis tasks.

1.4.5 Matters needing attention

All newly purchased patrol point annunciators (cards) must be reissued before they can be used normally.

The card issuer cannot work alone and must be connected to a computer with PATROLMAN patrol management software installed.

When the battery capacity indicator is empty, the battery must be replaced as soon as possible. When replacing the battery, the time between removing the old battery and replacing the new battery should not exceed 3 minutes, otherwise the patrol clock will be lost.

When the record capacity pointer is full, you should pay attention to retrieve the records through the computer in time, otherwise the oldest records will be overwritten.
