1.2 System introduction

Tunnel personnel attendance and positioning system is a combination of tunnel construction personnel attendance, regional positioning, safety early warning, post-disaster first aid, daily management and other functions. 2.1 System composition

2.2 Working principle

2.2.1 2.4G active radio frequency tag:

The active radio frequency card is a circular label, which is installed on the helmet of the construction personnel or working personnel, and is generally installed on the belt or helmet of the construction personnel. The construction personnel read the tag ID when issuing the helmet and bind it with the personnel information in the system. When people enter the tunnel, they use Chaowei’s long-distance reader to realize entry judgment and location recognition.

2.2.2 2.45G long-distance reader:

No matter whether it is inside or outside the tunnel, readers need to be installed and placed. At least 2 units are required in one system. If it’s positioning, you need more. Specific installation should be carried out according to the conditions of the tunnel. The general principle is to install one every 150 meters, and it can also be installed in corners and some areas that require special monitoring. The positioning principle of this system is regional positioning, which is based on the position of each reader. Therefore, the accuracy of positioning depends on the recognition distance of the reader. The distance of the reader can be adjusted by software, so the positioning is considered The accuracy should also consider the distance of the card reading and the overall cost of the system, that is to say, the higher the positioning accuracy, the closer the distance of the card reading and the higher the cost. Chaowei long-distance readers can realize the self-organizing network function, that is, the readers can only be used for electricity, and there is no need to construct and arrange data lines. The distance between readers must be less than 500 meters.

2.2.3 Central control machine:

The central control machine is installed at the entrance and exit of the tunnel test situation, and the Chaowei long-distance reader will transmit to the central control machine after self-organization. In addition to receiving the radio frequency signal, the central control machine can also realize the data forwarding function, which can realize 3G, TCP/IP, etc. are transmitted to the system center; if an LED display is needed at the door, it can be directly transmitted to the computer terminal at the door, and the LED display can be realized through the terminal software.

2.2.4 The host computer of the management center:

Installed in the monitoring room not far from the tunnel entrance, the computer is equipped with attendance and positioning software, and the construction personnel are monitored through the computer. It is connected to the central control machine through a serial port. At the same time, the host computer also controls the display content of the LED screen.

2.2.5 LED display:

Installed near the tunnel entrance, used to display the information of the construction personnel, so that the management is advanced and transparent. The displayed content includes: tag number, name, time, and total number of people (the size of the screen is 1.28M*0.8M, and the screen can also be larger).

2.3 Other matters

(1) The number of readers and the installation method are determined according to the actual situation of the tunnel site, and the two parties shall negotiate and settle.

(2) Software function: The function of the system software is developed according to the customer’s requirements, please communicate with the software developers of our company before the software development.

(3) The card issuer is used to identify the RFID tag signal of the safety helmet at close range and bind personnel information in the system.

4.1 Attendance management function

4.2 Positioning management function

You can inquire at any time and display the identity, quantity and distribution of personnel and equipment in a certain area.
