1. Application background

The geological storage conditions of China’s coal mines are complex, with a large number of high-gas mines and a low degree of mining automation. More than 95% of them rely on underground mining, and mining disasters occur frequently. How to enhance production safety while increasing production capacity, and quickly and efficiently search and rescue in the event of an accident, thereby reducing the mortality rate is a problem that every mine manager needs to think about.

At present, large and medium-sized coal mines in my country have been equipped with various coal mine safety production monitoring systems. The application of these systems has improved the safety production status of coal mines in my country. However, there are still general difficulties in the management of personnel entering the well, the personnel on the well cannot timely understand the dynamic distribution of the personnel under the mine, and the heating of coal mine equipment cannot be detected in time. Once an accident occurs, it is impossible to accurately locate the location of the underground personnel, and it is difficult to carry out timely and reliable rescue. The efficiency of safety rescue is low and the effect is not ideal.

2. System principle

The downhole personnel positioning and equipment wireless temperature measurement system is developed based on the latest ZIGBEE technology, real-time data acquisition and transmission methods, and advanced software design concepts. The Inoue part uses Ethernet as the main transmission channel, including database servers, monitoring computers, printers and other equipment located in the monitoring center. The database server stores the personnel name or equipment name, grouping, shift number, attendance record and other data information corresponding to the electronic identification card. Through the electronic identification card information collected in real time, matching the personal and equipment information recorded in the database server, the tracking and positioning of underground personnel and equipment can be completed in real time. 4. System flow
