Automobile City Vehicle Monitoring and Management System
[ad_1]
I. Overview
There are many brands of vehicles in automobile stores, and the flow of people in and out is large. Moreover, it is often necessary to transfer goods between garages. If the vehicle is accidentally lost in the process, the loss can easily amount to millions. For car dealers, managing vehicles and preventing them from being stolen has become a problem.
Guangzhou Zhongzhi Internet of Things Technology Co., Ltd. uses wireless technology to realize real-time anti-theft monitoring of dealer vehicles.
2. Introduction to application requirements
1. Vehicle monitoring in the warehouse
Figure 1 Schematic diagram of signal coverage of base station layout
As shown in Figure 1, base stations can be installed inside and outside the garage for signal coverage. The system can check the depot where the vehicle is located, and regularly count the vehicles in the depot. The system authorization is required for the vehicle to leave the depot. When the vehicle is illegally driven out of the warehouse, the system will warn that it is forbidden to leave the warehouse. When the garage is out of power, you can use the handheld PDA to take inventory.
2. Vehicle transfer monitoring
When the vehicles in the warehouse need to be transferred and transported, the transport vehicle needs to be authorized and bound to the vehicle that needs to be transported. The system can monitor the driving track of the vehicle transporter in real time.
Figure 2 Diagram of the trajectory tracking system of a transport vehicle
As shown in Figure 2, the mobile base station is installed on the transport vehicle, receives the signal from the positioning tag, and checks whether the vehicle is complete in real time; and uploads the current GPS coordinates of the transport vehicle in real time, and sends it to the background system through the 3G network, and the system can display it The trajectory of the transport vehicle.
3. Vehicle entry and exit records
The system can display vehicle in and out cargo transfer information, time of entry and exit, transportation vehicle information, etc.
3. System introduction
Figure 3 System framework
The frame of the monitoring system in the warehouse is shown in Figure 3. Each vehicle is equipped with a positioning tag, and the base station is installed on the garage wall or column.
1. Locate the label
Figure 4 Location label
The positioning label is used to bind with the dealer’s vehicle, and the back has a strong foam double-sided tape, which can be pasted into the windshield of the car, as shown in Figure 4. The tag regularly sends a globally unique ID number to surrounding base stations every 3 seconds. The positioning tag has an anti-disassembly alarm function. When the positioning tag is illegally disassembled, it will send a signal to the nearby base station and the system will give an alarm. The appearance size of the label is 4.2cm×7.1cm×2.1cm.
2. Monitoring the base station
Figure 5 Monitoring base station
As shown in Figure 5. The monitoring base station is installed in the garage to receive the information sent by the positioning tag within a radius of 60 meters. The monitoring base station can be installed outdoors, using hoop installation, and 220V power supply. Through the 3G network and server communication, real-time monitoring of the vehicle is realized. The external dimensions of the base station are: 26.1cm×18.2cm×13cm.
3. Handheld PDA
Figure 6 Handheld PDA
As shown in Figure 6, the handheld PDA is used for mobile inventory of on-site managers. When there is a power outage in the Auto City, the handheld PDA can be used for on-site inventory, and inventory of vehicles within 60 meters (if there are walls or obstructions, the search range will become smaller).
4. Mobile base station for transport vehicles
Figure 7 Mobile base station
As shown in Figure 7, the mobile base station of the transport vehicle is used to bind the transport vehicle and track the driving trajectory of the transport vehicle. At the same time, during transportation, the mobile base station can receive the signal sent by the positioning tag in real time to confirm whether the vehicle is on the transport vehicle. If it is not on the transport vehicle, the system will give an alarm. The mobile base station uses 12V on-board power supply, and the receiving signal distance is 60 meters in radius.
