(1) The electronic label system automatically distinguishes standard parts from non-standard parts by the color of the light
The planting operator takes the product from the temporary storage position and uses the wireless scanner to scan the center label of the product. At this time, the electronic label system will automatically determine whether the product is a weighed product according to the attributes of the product. The lights are used to show the difference and give an intuitive sorting result, which greatly reduces the time consumed by employees’ subjective thinking.
(2) The electronic label system seamlessly connects to the electronic scale
If the distribution is to weigh the product, the planting operator will first place the product on the electronic scale for weighing. At this time, the electronic label system will automatically obtain the product weight information and send it to the WMS system. There is no need to manually enter the weight, and it is solved at the same time. The problem of the original manual entry of weight is prone to errors, which greatly improves the sorting efficiency and accuracy of the operators.
(3) The electronic label system automatically triggers the Bluetooth printer to print the distribution label
When the seeding operator shoots off the seeding position label, the electronic label system sends the distribution data to WMS and triggers the Bluetooth printer carried by the seeding operator to print out the distribution label (the distribution label contains the store name and the distribution position number , Collection line, collection location and other information), the seeding operator will paste the distribution label on the product, which is convenient for the follow-up collection personnel to collect the goods and handover with the store.
(4) Support for out-of-stock handling
When the sowing operator finds that the product is out of stock and cannot make up for the actual product during the broadcast, the number on the electronic label can be adjusted to the actual quantity, and the out of stock can be triggered by the function key on the electronic label, and then the product will be out of stock in the channel. All distribution tasks are treated as out of stock, and the electronic tags of unprocessed distribution positions are all extinguished, and the distribution of the next single product is entered.
