1. System Overview
In today’s society, counterfeit goods have become a worldwide problem. Driven by profits, counterfeit and shoddy products are increasingly rampant in the market. Especially for products with higher profits, it has become one of the key points for criminals to manufacture counterfeit and shoddy products, giving people’s lives. Even life safety has brought great threats, and also caused huge losses to enterprises. At present, it is not difficult to counterfeit goods on the market, and counterfeiters often master the anti-counterfeiting technology quickly, and even counterfeit it together with technology developers who lack self-discipline, causing headaches for manufacturers.

Dingchuang Hengda RFID drug anti-counterfeiting management system analyzes the existing problems in the current drug market and adopts the mixed mode of B/S and C/S to design a set of drug anti-counterfeiting management system based on RFID technology.

2. System Features

Software framework: .net framework 3.5

Database: MySQL, SQL server, ORACLE, DB2, Access (other databases can be customized according to user needs)

5. Function Module

  This system is composed of: Dingchuang Hengda RFID drug anti-counterfeiting management system PC software and Dingchuang Hengda RFID drug anti-counterfeiting management system PDA software.

5.1 PC side of drug anti-counterfeiting management system

The PC-side software of the drug anti-counterfeiting management system includes: key generation software, information management software, label generation software, and label anti-counterfeiting detection software.

5.1.1 Key generation software

Key generation: The key generation function is to generate the encryption factor of the anti-counterfeiting label. It requires three leaders to input three sets of key passwords at the same time before the key can be generated to prevent the key from being copied. The master lock can enter the super administrator system;

Key transfer: The key transfer transfers the encryption factor of the parent lock to the child lock;

Key backup: In order to prevent the key (primary lock) from being lost, the parent lock information can be backed up to the backup card to restore the key;

Key recovery: If the master lock is lost, the information in the backup card can be restored to the master lock key through this function;

5.1.2 Information Management Software

Task distribution: used by manufacturers to distribute RFID anti-counterfeiting label production tasks;

Authority assignment: used to assign user authority, different authority corresponding to the available operating functions will also be different;

Query management: used to query the label information after the manufacturer’s production;

5.1.3 Label generation software

Label production: The product information production system is composed of RFID read-write equipment and corresponding computer software and hardware. It is used for product information registration. The product’s anti-counterfeiting code is encrypted and written into the electronic label, and the label is recorded in the local data cache at the same time. Establish a synchronization mechanism between the local data cache and the back-end database system;

Query management: used to query the label information after the manufacturer’s production;

Label detection: Label detection is used in the production verification link of the manufacturer, the inspection machine checks the label, the system automatically recognizes the label number and anti-counterfeiting code, and retrieves information such as the manufacturer, product, and production date.

5.1.4 Label anti-counterfeiting detection software

Anti-counterfeiting detection: The anti-counterfeiting detection system is applied to the sales link, and is divided into two types: fixed inspection machine and RFID handheld terminal. The fixed inspection machine is used in large shopping malls, supermarkets or businesses that can access the Internet through a computer. You only need to place the products with RFID tags on the inspection table. The system automatically recognizes the tag number and anti-counterfeiting code, and retrieves the manufacturer, product, production date, etc. information.

5.2.1 Inventory management

Use RFID handheld terminal (DC-0671A) for inventory operation. The system can generate an inventory task table based on pre-set query conditions, and perform inventory operations based on this table. Inventory operations mainly scan RFID tag information;

5.2.2 Anti-counterfeiting verification

Scan drug labels to identify the authenticity of drugs;

5.2.3 Data upload

Upload the operating data of the RFID handheld terminal to the PC computer for data synchronization;

5.2.4 Data download

Download the data from the PC computer to the RFID handheld terminal, and synchronize the data to facilitate operation.
