1. System overview


This system applies RFID technology to the identification and management of clothing individuals. Based on ultra-high frequency (UHF) RFID technology, it realizes an efficient work platform for fast collection, sorting, automatic inventory, and collection of clothes in the laundry industry, which greatly improves work efficiency and reduces error rates.

2. System workflow


The clothing collection staff at the counter collect the laundry from the customer, write the customer information and clothing information into the electronic tag, and then buckle the laundry tag onto the clothing. The clothes buckled with electronic tags are packaged and sent to the laundry factory. The information of all the electronic tags of the laundry in the bag is read at one time through the UHF RFID reader, and the data is checked with the washing task list. After confirmation, complete the collection network and Handover between laundry factories. After the laundry is sorted, it enters the washing process. After washing is completed, the clothes are sorted and packaged. The reader reads all the electronic label information of the clothes in the bag again, and checks the data with the corresponding washing task list to confirm Send it to all clothing collection outlets. When the customer picks up the clothes, the clothing collection point will check the customer’s pick-up form with the electronic label information, and after confirming that it is correct, the customer picks up the clothes. 3. The functional modules and features of this system


The system is mainly composed of the following 8 functional modules: counter collection, counter collection, laundry factory handover, clothing inventory, clothing query, collection statistics, customer management, and system settings.

A. Counter collection

This module is composed of a card issuing machine and a counter collection function module. The counter staff writes the user information and clothing information into the card through the card issuing machine, and at the same time stores the information in the database, and automatically generates a task list, and transports the task list and the packaged clothing to the laundry factory.

B. Pick up clothes at the counter

This module is composed of a reader and a counter taking clothes function module and an inventory function module. Counter staff can quickly find the clothes that customers need through the clothes inventory function. Then automatically complete the amount settlement of the removed clothes through the reader.

C. Clothing inventory
This function is composed of a reader and an inventory function module. The operator can quickly, accurately and efficiently complete the inventory of the clothes in the store. At the same time, this functional module can also provide a quick search function to cooperate with the work of picking clothes at the counter.

D. Handover of laundry factory

This function is completed by the reader and the handover function module. The transfer personnel scan the transferred clothes through the readers installed in the laundry factory, and check the scanning results with the task list to confirm whether the delivered clothes are consistent with the actual delivered clothes.

E. Clothing query
