1. The working principle of JBC2132 IC card elevator control system

3. The realization function of JBC2132 IC card elevator control scheme
1) Networking mode: The elevator equipment in this scheme adopts RS485 networking mode to ensure the safety and reliability of the entire system, which is conducive to the unified management of the entire system.
2) Control the number of floors: each elevator controller can control up to 4 elevator control expansion boards, each elevator control expansion board can control up to 8 floors, that is, each elevator controller can control up to 32 floors, through expansion The elevator controller can realize unlimited levels of control.
3) Card function: The elevator system uses a non-contact IC card. When the card is lost, it can be easily reported or replaced on the management software to prevent the card from being used illegally after being picked up by an illegal user.
4) Temporary card function: With the authorization of the management center, temporary cards with different permissions can be set in advance (temporary cards are generally set to the interviewee’s floor). All temporary card entry and exit have detailed records.
5) Recording function: The elevator system has a comprehensive event record storage function. 6) Delayed release function: After swiping the card, the user must press the floor button within the specified time (1~255 seconds can be set), and the button will be automatically released after the timeout to prevent illegal users from illegally using the elevator.
7) Remote control function: Managers can remotely control the turn-on and turn-off of elevator floors through the network. For example: a user forgets to bring his card that day, and after calling the management office to confirm his identity, the management personnel remotely connects to the user’s floor buttons. There are a lot of people during the on and off hours, and it is inconvenient to swipe the card. The management staff can set the elevator to be normally open (all buttons are connected), and it will be restored to the state of swiping in and out after the peak period. Each button can be set to normally open state (long-term on) or delayed state (off after delay), which makes the elevator operation more flexible and the control more standardized.
8) Time limit function: When using the elevator, different people can set different valid time for swiping the card, and swiping the card will be considered invalid after the allowed time. For example, the valid time of user A’s card swiping is set from 8:00 in the morning to 18:00 in the evening. During this period, user A can use the elevator normally, and will not be allowed to use the elevator after the timeout.
9) Authority function: When using the elevator, different people have different authority assignments. Each person who enters the elevator can enter the designated area or floor with authorization. After the user swipes the card, the floor button with the corresponding authority is activated, and the user can select the floor. For example: User A is allowed to enter the floors 1, 3, and 4. After swiping the card, the buttons on the floors 1, 3, and 4 of the elevator panel are turned on and the lights are on, and the other buttons remain off. Each card can set the expiration date independently, for example: User A’s card is valid from August 3, 2006 to August 5, 2006, and User A’s card is invalid after August 5, 2006.
10) Safety function: The elevator system adopts a split structure design that fully meets the security product specifications, that is, the card reader part is separated from the elevator control part. When the event server in the elevator system loses communication with the management host, it can work offline through the information stored in the event server without affecting any operation. The elevator controller and the elevator itself are connected by passive contacts (dry contacts), and the two are completely isolated, which will not have any impact on the original performance of the elevator.
11) Fault isolation function: Elevator controller provides normally open and normally closed dry contact output, generally using normally open dry contact connection.
