Four, system software function description
(1) IC card processing
Card issuance: Use this function to issue the card in use in the system; in the one-card system, only one-time card issuance is required, and there is no need to repeatedly issue cards in other management systems;
Deposit: After the card is issued, use this function to recharge the user’s card with the amount;
Withdrawal: Users can withdraw cash through this function;
Modify card: modify some information of the issued card;
Card replacement: If the user cannot find the lost card or the used card is damaged, the card can be replaced through the card replacement function. After the caliper is replaced, the amount on the original card will be automatically transferred to the new card;
Card refund: If the user no longer needs to use the card, the balance and card deposit can be refunded through the card refund function;
Consumption correction: When a salesperson makes a mistake in deducting the wrong payment, this function can be used to add the extra deduction to the card;
Loss report: When the user loses the card, the loss report function can be used to avoid the user’s loss;
