Personnel access control management system
[ad_1]
An Introduction
1. Introduction to the system
This system uses 915M radio frequency identification technology for personnel access control attendance management. All employees wear a 915M passive electronic tag as an access control attendance card. When going on and off work, as long as the reader can recognize the tag information through the effective recognition range of the reader, the software system can automatically record the attendance information, and at the same time control the electronic lock to open the door.
2. System composition
◇RFID integrated reader
◇Control computer
◇15″ high quality LCD monitor
◇Passive human body infrared sensor
◇Electronic door lock
◇Stainless steel mounting bracket for reader
◇Voice prompt speaker
Three, work flow
◇ Real-time detection of the input signal of the infrared sensor detector, when someone passes through, the card reading event is triggered to start scanning the work card;
◇ After reading the card number, retrieve the employee’s personal data corresponding to the card in the database;
◇ If the information of the card has been entered and the status is on-the-job, the basic information and photos of the person corresponding to the card will be displayed, and a voice prompt will be given at the same time;
◇ Control to open the electronic lock;
◇ If there are multiple people passing continuously, the information of each person will be displayed in turn, and prompts will be displayed, but the electronic lock is not controlled to open.
Four, system function
The system has the following main functions:
◇ Accurately identify the access control attendance card, and correctly record the attendance time, while giving voice prompts and image display;
◇ Operators with system administrator authority can conveniently enter employee information, that is: store employee ID, name, department, position and attendance card number, as well as photos and images in the database;
◇ The detailed attendance record of each individual can be easily inquired through the computer at the front desk;
◇ Regularly upload employee registration information and attendance records to the database of the attendance server via the optical fiber network every day to facilitate the unified management of attendance records;
◇ Operator input, authority setting, system parameter setting, etc.
5. System implementation benefits
This system can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of personnel attendance and access control management, and realize long-distance contactless automatic identification. Using advanced passive electronic tags and readers, compared with low-frequency access control and attendance systems, it has the characteristics of longer recognition distance and faster recognition speed. Equipped with liquid crystal display and beautiful software design, it can effectively enhance the corporate image and management effect. For system integrators, the use of advanced passive electronic tags and readers, as well as long-distance and fast identification, can be used as a good selling point to improve the competitiveness of the access control and attendance system.
