1 Introduction
At present, judicial prisons, public security prisons, troops and other units are equipped with access control systems and facilities, while traditional access control and meeting management equipment generally have the following defects: ① RF cards and fingerprint identification are easy to be stolen by criminals; ②Keyboards, fingerprints, palms Identify easily damaged and spread germs; ③Keyboard and iris recognition speed is too slow; ④Cannot prevent trailing in and out; ⑤Cannot achieve non-fatal blow to criminals; ⑥Cannot prevent people with high body temperature from entering; ⑦Cannot efficiently register and manage foreigners; ⑧ Unable to achieve unified management of access control, video, intercom, and attendance.
For this reason, our company launched the solution of intelligent access control system in 2008. Recently, we have completed and improved the intelligent access control system in accordance with the requirements of the Prison Administration of the Ministry of Justice. It is expected that industry standards for smart access control systems will be formulated after verification of use in basic prisons.
2.system structure
The intelligent access control management device is composed of a host, a centralized controller, a near-infrared face recognizer and other equipment, which can realize reliable biometric identification of the access control, anti-trailing entry and exit, combating criminals, and comprehensive management. As shown below:

◆In the case that the original outer tube passages and doors A and B of the prison do not need to be rebuilt, two closed passages are added to the prison to allow the personnel to pass through the closed passages. The cycle for each person to pass through the closed passage is about 2-3 seconds.

◆Quickly file facial images, weight, and body temperature for outsiders, and issue temporary radio frequency cards to realize controllable entry and exit management, and automatically alarm people with high body temperatures.

◆Because the existing password, fingerprint and palmprint access control systems are all contact working methods, they cannot prevent the spread of germs and performance degradation after contamination, while the access control systems work in a non-contact mode.

3. Description of the main functions of the system

The duty personnel enter the password on the main desk to enter the file creation interface, and the second-generation ID card of the registered person will be verified by the reader to enter the name, gender, and identity The card number enters the host, the registered person stands on the biometric device and automatically enters information such as face image, weight, body temperature, etc., to establish the basic identity information of the person entering and leaving.

◆The near-infrared face recognition technology used in this system is the world’s first face recognition technology that is not affected by changes in illumination, which perfectly solves the illumination problem. This technology can overcome the influence of light changes and has excellent recognition performance. The overall system performance in terms of accuracy, stability and speed exceeds other face recognition technologies such as 3D image face recognition.
