2. System structure


The system consists of hardware, middleware, and application software.

Hardware: Hardware equipment includes various RFID tags and read-write devices, as well as smart shelves, smart access control, smart counters and other infrastructures that integrate RFID devices that we design according to different industries and different product varieties.
Middleware: The functions of middleware include managing RFID reading and writing equipment, collecting, filtering, processing, and transmitting required event information to upper-level application software. According to the business characteristics of the retail industry, we have developed middleware suitable for the process to cooperate with the operation of the RFID system.
Application software: Application software can help the exhibition center plan cargo temporary storage and vehicle management, and provide anti-theft functions.

  
Three, system function

(1) Since conference sign-in plays a very important role in exhibition management, the following first introduces its functions.

1. The way to sign in for traditional conferences

In the past, the conference sign-in system used security to verify the identities of participants, and based on the information provided by the participants (renhui tickets, ID cards), the work efficiency was low, the time-consuming was long, and the people were subjective, and the identification was inaccurate. .

A large number of staff are required to realize the security of participants (terrorists or those who should not be present); it is impossible to automatically realize the tracking of high-end supporting equipment or anti-theft management of the venue, and a large number of staff are required to supervise.

4.1. Check-in management process for entry and exit verification:

Participants apply to the main committee to participate by e-mail, and send relevant information to the main committee;
Participants go to the card issuing center to report and receive the venue badge. The system stores the user’s pre-stored personal information in a database. At the same time, the card issuing center camera automatically takes pictures of the user, and corresponds the user information, photo to the serial number on the RFID card ;

4.3. Valuables tracking process:
