Equipment requirements
1. Every year, the bank provides students with a free credit card, which is sent to the new students along with the admission notice, and a school M1 S70 card (encrypted by the all-in-one card company)

Bank transfer method
The main function of the bank transfer system is to automatically submit the user’s transfer recharge request to the bank system, and the bank system transfers the amount from the personal account to the corporate account. Bank transfer services include self-service real-time transfer services and automatic real-time transfer services, and can also support batch transfer functions. At the time of settlement, automatic transfer is also realized by submitting a transfer request to the bank system.

Considering the stability of the line, we recommend the DDN dedicated line method instead of the dial-up method. The operating cost varies according to different regions.
Loading process
1. Self-service real-time transfer service
Cardholders use the self-service transfer terminal to complete the transfer of funds from the bank card to the campus card. The business process of self-service real-time transfer is as follows:
(1) The cardholder submits the transfer application by swiping the bank card on the self-service terminal provided by the company, inserting the campus card, entering the bank card password and the transfer amount, and submitting the transfer application to the front-end transfer machine on the campus after being encrypted by the self-service transfer terminal .
(2) According to the student’s campus card information, the transfer front-end computer will inquire about the student’s other information, such as campus card account number, password, transfer authority and other information. If the transfer conditions are met, it will be sent to the bank front-end machine.
(3) The bank verifies the cardholder’s bank card information, and after completing the transfer transaction based on the corresponding relationship, the bank front-end computer returns to the campus transfer front-end computer.
(4) The campus transfer front-end processor sends a deposit application to the card backend according to the transfer result, and adds the transfer amount to the cardholder’s campus card account. If the deposit is successfully completed, the campus card recharge is completed.
(5) Return the result to the cardholder, write the amount into the card e-wallet, and print the transfer receipt.
2. Automatic real-time transfer business
If the cardholder does not participate, the system generates a transfer application according to the transfer conditions set by the cardholder, and realizes the transfer of funds from the bank card to the campus card. The activation of the automatic real-time transfer service requires the user to sign an authorization letter. The business process of automatic real-time transfer is as follows:
(1) According to the consumption flow information, the system will automatically generate a transfer application and submit it to the front-end computer on the campus if the conditions for automatic transfer are met.
(2) The transfer application is sent to the bank front-end processor by the transfer front-end processor. The bank verifies the cardholder’s bank card information, and after completing the transfer transaction based on the corresponding relationship, the bank front-end processor returns to the campus transfer front-end processor.
(3) The campus transfer front-end processor sends a deposit application to the card backend according to the transfer result, and adds the transfer amount to the cardholder’s campus card account. If the deposit is successfully completed, the campus card recharge is completed.
(4) Use the subsidy method to write the recharge amount into the card holder’s electronic wallet.
Security and key verification
1. Transfer direction
For the bank, the direction of the transfer is only out and not in. That is, you can only transfer from a debit card to a campus card, but not from a campus card to a debit card.
Withholding fees can only be deducted from the debit card and cannot be “refunded”.
2. Correspondence establishment and maintenance
Whether the corresponding relationship is established on the campus side or the bank side depends on the transfer mode.
The one-to-one correspondence is: the card number of the bank card-the account number of the campus card.
Correspondence maintenance: Put it on the campus and be maintained by the school.
When the card number of the bank card or the account number of the campus card changes, the corresponding relationship must be manually changed and the bank notified; and the corresponding relationship does not need to be maintained when the card ID number of the campus card changes.
3. The sign-in and sign-off of the transaction (used to exchange dynamic keys)
Before starting the transaction every day, the school system needs to send a sign-in transaction, and after receiving a successful response from the bank, the transaction process can be started.
At the end of the day, sign off at the time agreed by both parties.
Due to the use of real-time exchange of data transfer, data transmission should be in cipher text, and MAC keys are exchanged every day for sign-in.
Turn on the phone every day to sign in, and the bank puts the PIN Key and MAC Key encrypted by the master key in the position of the bank card number.
The master key is transmitted by means outside the system.
The international standard MAC algorithm provided by the all-in-one card company and recognized by the bank.
Reconciliation process
The process of reconciliation in the form of documents:
After signing off and reconciling, the school transfer front-end processor initiates a reconciliation request packet at the end of the day.
After receiving the request, the bank’s front-end computer forms a reconciliation document and sends a reconciliation response.
After receiving the response packet, the campus front-end computer downloads it in the form of FTP to complete the reconciliation function. If the reconciliation results are inconsistent, make adjustments manually. The structure of the reconciliation file is the same as that of the data interface.
Functions related to the bank transfer system
1. Integrated business system for cardholders
Export bank card account opening information in the agreed format, including at least name, ID number, etc., and import the bank card account number according to the successful card production file returned by the bank, and automatically establish a one-to-one correspondence between bank cards and campus cards to ensure the security of the correspondence ,reliable.
After the student cancels the account, it promptly submits the batch account cancellation information to the bank to cancel the corresponding relationship of the transfer.
