  Overview

In different cities in our country, illegal operation of black cars has become a common phenomenon. According to the investigation, there are more than 70,000 black cars operating illegally in Beijing alone. In one month, the various taxes and various traffic regulations that he evaded payment were at least 70 million yuan. At the same time, the illegal operation of black cars has severely disrupted the normal order of passenger transport operations and undermined the rights of legitimate operators. In recent years, large-scale strikes and disturbances of operating vehicles have successively appeared in various places, which have caused extremely bad negative effects on the image of the government. The rampant black car has brought great hidden dangers to the lives and property safety of passengers. How to effectively combat black cars and maintain the image of the city has become a major problem that law enforcement agencies urgently need to solve.

Existing law enforcement methods mainly rely on human eye identification, which is inefficient and difficult to obtain evidence. It is often difficult to identify vehicles with a high degree of fraud. The GPS positioning system has serious signal attenuation on dense urban roads and limited coverage. Vehicle inspection through RFID technology can just make up for the shortcomings of the existing system and greatly improve the efficiency of law enforcement. It is also the development trend of urban vehicle management in the future.

Zhongsheng Hi-Tech has long focused on the application of the Internet of Things in the field of intelligent transportation, specifically for the current status of urban vehicles, and cooperated with the University of Oxford Wireless Communication Laboratory, Tsinghua University, and Beijing Jiaotong University to develop a new generation of “Ruida” vehicle inspection management system. By installing an active long-distance electronic tag the size of a business card on the vehicle, the back-end management center and the data server will download the corresponding information (such as a blacklist) to various inspection systems (such as handheld card readers or mobile in-vehicle devices) in a timely manner. When illegal vehicles pass by, the inspection system will automatically call the police immediately after comparing the information. Law enforcement officers can implement interception inspections in time or notify Xiayikou law enforcement officers to implement interception inspections.

Compared with the previous RFID vehicle inspection system, the new generation of “Ruida” vehicle inspection management system adopts the most advanced foreign processing chip and improved radio frequency transmission circuit, which solves the characteristics of unstable radio frequency signals and susceptibility to environmental interference. , Mobile, and manual three-dimensional non-stop inspections, combined with video camera functions to facilitate evidence collection at any time. It is worth mentioning that the “RuiDa” electronic label has got rid of the single function of the past electronic label. It adopts international advanced technology and innovatively adds a banknote verification function. Users only need to paste the banknote in one second to immediately distinguish the authenticity. It also has a temperature display function and an alarm function.

Passenger Car Traffic Inspection System of a City in Jiangsu Province

System composition

The system consists of two parts: hardware equipment and software platform.

  hardware equipment

Active in-vehicle electronic tags: installed on the front windshield (in the car) of every legal car, the tag stores the unique ID number in the world, and can be extended to store the license plate number, owner information and operation information, which is the vehicle operation Evidence of legality.

Hand-held inspection equipment: equipped with law enforcement personnel to test the legitimacy of the vehicle when the vehicle is congested, the vehicle cannot be accessed, or when the vehicle is secretly inspected. WinCE system supports secondary development and database import.

On-board inspection equipment: On-board electronic tag reader and writer, combined with a camera, the inspection and evidence collection can be completed in one step, which is convenient for patrol inspection.

Fixed-point inspection equipment: installed at traffic lights and other densely-vehicle intersections, it can be combined with existing electronic eyes and GPS to complete unmanned inspections.

Electronic tag issuer: Write information related to the vehicle into the electronic tag.

How the system works

Every legally operated vehicle is equipped with a’Rida’ electronic tag. The electronic tag will continuously emit microwave signals. When the signal is received by the nearby remote reader, the remote reader will compare the information with the control center through GPS/GPRS and automatically identify and determine the validity of the card (or download it in advance) Compare the information in the reader), if it is legal, it is allowed to pass, otherwise the reader will give an alarm.

There are three types of inspection methods: fixed point, mobile and manual inspection.

Fixed-point inspection: by fixing on the traffic light bracket or light pole, the passing vehicles are inspected, and it has the function of monitoring the traffic flow condition.

Mobile inspection: The mobile inspection equipment installed above the inspected vehicle detects the legitimacy of vehicles within 100M. If a black car passes by, it will immediately report to the police and the camera will work together.

Manual inspection: Law enforcement officers are equipped with handheld devices. When they encounter a driving vehicle, they only need to press the inspection button on the handheld inspection device without intercepting and stopping. They can feedback whether the vehicle is an illegal operating vehicle within 1 second.

System outstanding advantages

1. When law enforcement vehicles and commercial vehicles are driving at a speed of 120 kilometers per hour, the inspection system can accurately identify within 100M, with an accuracy rate of 99.9999%.

2. Using the most advanced foreign chip and improved radio frequency circuit, it has strong recognition ability and stable signal. It can recognize 2000 electronic tags within 1 second.

3. Once the electronic tag is illegally disassembled, an alarm will be issued, and only authorized personnel can disassemble it. After the tag is disassembled, there are two processing methods, one is to scrap the label, and the other is to re-authorize the label for reuse.

4. Adopt the only uncracked 3D optical anti-counterfeiting technology to quickly and safely identify the authenticity of banknotes. It adopts the world’s most advanced LCD temperature measurement technology to display the room temperature in real time, and has the power prompt function and call alarm function to prevent accidents.

5. The anti-counterfeiting performance is extremely high. Each RFID tag has a globally unique ID number, and it is unmodifiable. The inside of the tag passes an encryption algorithm.

6. Working environment -25℃~70℃, waterproof and shockproof, anti-electromagnetic interference.
