Baiersheng Intelligent Vehicles, Traffic Management
[ad_1]
1 System introduction
The remote vehicle intelligent management system independently developed by Baiersheng Electronics can effectively solve the vehicle management problems faced by various units. This system has high technical content. Through the non-contact information collection and processing of long-distance moving targets, it realizes automatic identification and management of incoming and outgoing vehicles, thereby avoiding a series of management problems such as vehicle safety and parking.
This system is mainly composed of 2.4GHz microwave long-distance radio frequency identification card, card reading equipment, monitoring and management center software and other equipment.
2 The working principle of the system
When the cardholder (vehicle) enters and exits the identification area set by the gate, the radio frequency card carried by the person (vehicle) is recognized by the system, and the computer in the duty room automatically retrieves the information of the person (vehicle) corresponding to the card. Prestore the image of the person (vehicle) or the image data of the person (vehicle) taken when the person (vehicle) enters the factory to determine whether the card holder (vehicle) is legally valid. When a person (vehicle) without a card, an invalid card, or a lost card enters or exits the recognition area, the system captures the image of the person (vehicle) passing by, and provides alarm information, which will be handled by the staff on duty according to regulations.
3 System function
3.1 Automatically record vehicle entry and exit information
Timely and accurately record and count the time, location, license plate number, affiliated unit and other information of vehicles entering and exiting. Provide management personnel with vehicle dynamic and static information query system, which is convenient for vehicle scheduling, traffic statistics, access query, passage authorization, data storage, data printing, task assessment, and maintenance period reminders, vehicle maintenance records, Inspection records, etc.
3.2 Strict supervision of foreign card-free vehicles
Manage vehicles by authority and control the places where vehicles can enter and exit. Before the industrialization of radio frequency identification technology, the supervision of cardless (foreign) vehicles has always been a technical difficulty of the vehicle management system. By integrating other technologies (such as ground sensing and camera), computer automatic identification and monitoring can be achieved, which greatly reduces the manual operation intensity of guards (door guards, security) personnel, and ensures accurate admission of cardless (foreign) vehicle information and vehicle passage Supervision. When unauthorized vehicles pass through the entrance and exit with system monitoring points, the system will automatically alarm. Vehicles that are not in this system are not allowed to enter certain monitored areas with confidentiality regulations without the authorization of their superiors.
3.3 Prevent theft of vehicles
Carry out data management of vehicle information in the compound; in addition to setting up image capture equipment, add on-board RFID card data area status information; vehicles with special requirements for security and anti-theft can use on-board RFID cards and dual cards with the driver’s secondary card Recognition scheme; add deployment control function to the system as required.
Put an end to certain undesirable ethos of collusion between the staff on duty and the driver.
4 System characteristics
4.1 2.4GHz International Frequency Band (ISM)
Compared with other frequency bands, the 2.4G frequency band has irreplaceable advantages: high anti-interference performance, micro-power consumption has no effect on the human body, long system working life, ultra-small size, high reliability and low cost.
At present, long-distance RFID systems at home and abroad mainly use UHF frequency bands such as 433MHz, 860MHz ~ 960MHz.
Since the China Radio Commission has not opened up RFID applications in the above-mentioned frequency bands, product development is extremely risky. At present, microwave frequency bands such as 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz are mostly in the R&D and testing stage in China, and there is no large-scale application, and there are very few domestic research and development.
4.2 Identify non-directionality
Can identify multiple radio frequency cards at the same time. Recognize non-directional; with signal anti-collision function. The bit error rate for accurate recognition is almost zero.
4.3 Vehicles pass quickly without stopping
Using microwave radio frequency identification (RFID)-the technical advantages of long-distance rapid identification, through the automatic identification of vehicle information, database data comparison, automatic control of road barriers and traffic lights, etc., real-time control of vehicle traffic, realizing that the vehicle can travel at a distance of 20-30km /h speed does not stop in and out; for systems without road gates and traffic signal control, the in and out vehicle speed is above 40 km/h.
5 Other applications
5.1 (Bus) Vehicle Management System
Centralized automatic dispatching of (bus) vehicles can be carried out to realize the paperless dispatching management of vehicles. When the vehicle enters the station, it is automatically recognized without stopping, and the dispatch terminal is registered and dispatched automatically. The computer processes, counts, and prints all kinds of data, can give all kinds of information needed by the management department and automatically send dispatch signals (vehicle number, departure time, etc.) to the display system. The electronic display on the platform displays scheduling information such as the line name, driving direction, and the departure time of this shuttle bus and the next bus. This system has greatly changed the current situation of relying on manual bus station scheduling.
Applying RFID to the bus yard management system can realize remote, non-stop, accurate and automatic collection of bus entry and exit information, running time and other information, so that the bus dispatch system can accurately grasp the real-time dynamic information of the bus entry and exit of the bus parking lot.
5.2 Bus signal priority
In cities that use traffic signal control systems to manage urban traffic, bus rapid transit (BRT) is one of the means to improve and solve urban traffic congestion. The emergence of BRT can vigorously develop public transportation. With the help of digital and intelligent urban public transportation management, the efficiency of public transportation operation management and the level of social services have been improved. Bus signal priority technology is one of the key steps to ensure the implementation of BRT. When a bus goes to an intersection and the green light turns to red, the smart bus signal priority system will extend the green light time appropriately to allow vehicles to pass smoothly; and when the intersection is red, the intelligent system will moderately shorten the red light time. Reduce the waiting time of buses at intersections; thereby solving and improving the efficiency of urban public transportation. The second BRT line in China-Hangzhou BRT successfully applied this solution to the traffic signal control system, and the system passed the appraisal on June 15, 2006.
