1. Application overview

First, the bank issues the debit card once, sends the card to the user, and opens the financial function and flash payment function of the bank card for the user at the same time. After the user has opened the card, he can recharge the card’s flash payment electronic cash account through the bank’s self-service equipment, and then go to the bus after the recharge is completed.

The POS on the bus needs to have a wireless module and a financial module, so that the POS can realize the financial card consumption. After the vehicle enters the station, the POS automatically connects to the WIFI hotspot (or U disk collector) offline electronic cash consumption data and uploads it to the bus data Collection server; POS can download vehicle line, fare and other parameter settings through WIFI and U disk.

2.1 The overall data flow of the financial IC card bus fare system is shown in the figure above, and the specific description is as follows:

2.1.1 The user swipes his card in the car to generate consumption data;

2.1.2 The POS device transmits the consumption data to the wireless data collection platform deployed in the bus company’s yard through the wireless data transmission module (currently tentatively designated as WIFI mode);

2.1.3 The wireless data collection platform sends the financial IC card consumption data to the bus IC card charging management platform;

2.1.4 The bus IC card charging management platform sends the consumption flow to the bank data clearing center for accounting.

3. POS requirements

3.1 GPS positioning

The POS terminal needs to support the GPS positioning function, and download the GPS information of the station through the background system, which is used for segmented billing to determine the station count the user has taken;

3.2 WIFI communication method

After the vehicle returns to the bus station, the POS will automatically search for the designated WIFI hotspot connected to the bus company; the WIFI access point requires WPA2 encryption; the WIFI hotspot name and password, and the service front IP and port are downloaded to the POS machine through a U disk file;

3.3 Credit card type

UnionPay cards with qPBOC function and qPBOC UnionPay cards with M1 sector function;

3.4 POS data transmission

3.4.1 WIFI access method

The POS with WIFI module can upload consumption information and POS parameter download after the vehicle arrives at the station. First, the POS receives the request and asks the last consumption data serial number received by the server, and the POS judges and continues to transmit the consumption data according to this serial number.

3.4.2 U Disk Mode

In an environment where WIFI communication cannot be used, POS parameter download information and POS transaction flow collection can be exchanged through U disk files.

3.5 Billing method

3.5.1 One-vote system

If the POS system parameters are configured with one-vote system, the uniform fare will be deducted according to the current route.

3.5.2 Segmented billing method

For example, the PPOS system parameter is the segmented billing method, and the POS uses the M1 sector of the financial IC card to sign and register for getting on and off. Passengers register when they get on the car and swipe the financial IC card, and when they get off the car, swipe the financial IC card again. The number of stops and the corresponding fare deduction.

If a passenger swipes a financial IC card when getting on the bus, and forgets or misses the financial IC card when getting off the bus, the passenger will be deducted for the last full journey when the passenger swipes the card next time.

4. System security

4.1 Cyber ​​Security

The POS terminal uses WIFI key, MAC address authentication, and firewall communication protocol port control before the bus company.

4.2 Transaction Security

The MF1 sector of the card adopts one card and one secret for 3DES (Triple Data Encryption Algorithm) encryption and decryption. The parameters and transaction record data adopt 3DES symmetric encryption. QPBOC card transactions pass dynamic signatures and necessary static signatures. Refer to “China Financial Integrated Circuit (IC ) Card Specification” JR/T0025——2010 Part 4 and Part 7.

The message transmission between the terminal and the platform is carried out by adding the MAC code to the message body, and whether the command data content in the data packet needs to be encrypted is determined by the “data area encryption identifier” in the data packet. The keys in this specification are divided into terminal master keys and working keys.

4.3 Terminal data security

The terminal transaction record adopts the encrypted double backup function, that is, the backup record is saved at the same time when the transaction record is generated to the main memory. There are many ways to collect the recorded data.
