Container damage inspection is an unavoidable inspection work for containers entering the port terminal, mainly to prevent disputes caused by the damage of the container between the transportation enterprise and the terminal. In the past, this work was manually recorded by the entry gate staff entering the crossing, and it was necessary to climb a higher gallery bridge to check the top surface of the box, which was dangerous and inaccurate in handling. This system presents the box surface image on the computer screen through the advanced logic control system and the picture acquisition system, so that the disability inspector can complete the damage detection as long as it is in front of the computer.

【System Principle】

When a container truck enters the aisle, the photoelectric sensors fixed on both sides of the aisle detect the position of the container. The control system controls the cameras corresponding to each side to take pictures according to the conduction and interruption status and timing of the sensors. The image data is collected in real time and processed by the computer, optimized and processed by a special algorithm, for background use.

【System functions】
