2. Card issuance and recharge management
An independent accounting unit of the Guilin government applies for a fuel card at the card issuance and recharge point designated by our company. 4. The customer’s card-holding consumption record occurred at our company’s listed price lower than the retail price approved by the Guangxi Price Bureau (or the price signed by the preferential contract), and no consumption discount will be given.
