【introduction】
In recent years, with the continuous development of my country’s economy, the port container business has grown rapidly, and the demand for increasing throughput has become stronger and stronger. At present, the technical methods of domestic terminals are generally backward. Due to manual intervention, many gates have caused long queues of vehicles in front of the gates, and errors caused by manual recording have increased the burden of repeated processing by the system. Many of the above problems have led to a decline in the service level of the terminal, which not only affects the living environment of the terminal itself, but also causes the import and export enterprises in the area covered by the terminal to suffer greater economic losses.
After the driver drives the truck to the gate of the terminal, he needs to wait for the automatic collection of multiple data such as electronic license plate recognition, container number recognition, and disability inspection, and submit the appointment form at hand to the gate system. In the past, this job was in the gate room. After using the human-computer interaction system, the appointment form can automatically scan the information to enter the gate system, and print the driving guide feedback from the terminal system as a small ticket and send it to the driver.
【System Principle】
The driver first received an appointment form approved by the terminal at the logistics company or warehouse, usually in the form of a barcode or card. When driving the vehicle to the gate, if there is a container, check the container, and then enter the appointment number into the human-computer interaction system through the barcode scanner or card reader. The human-computer interaction system is finished collecting A series of required data such as vehicle weight and electronic license plate are submitted to the back-end for processing. The back-end will feed back the driving information to the human-computer interaction system according to the actual situation. The interaction system then informs the driver of the driving direction through two methods: a small ticket printer and voice prompts. If the driver has any questions, he can talk to the background monitoring personnel through the visual intercom unit on the interactive system.
The system consists of the following parts:

【Overall structure of the system】
BS structure can connect multiple lanes at the gate of the terminal at the same time. The human-computer interaction system connects various types of terminal equipment at the bottom, such as floor scales, electronic license plate recognition systems, numeric keys, LCDs, printers, cameras, etc. The data is uniformly submitted to the application server in the computer room through the network, and the monitoring personnel are also connected to the application server in the monitoring room to view the submitted data in real time and provide timely feedback. After the system is processed, the information is returned to The interactive system automatically lifts the barriers on the lane, and the driver can drive in according to the small ticket. The overall structure of the system is shown in Figure 1.
