After it is judged to be any operation of entering or leaving the field, the software is incorrect. The card number is recorded; if the card is not read, the management system will not respond;

The construction and installation of the system are relatively simple. The main body of construction and installation is the installation of barriers, 2.4G antenna poles and ground induction coils.The following preparations need to be done before construction and installation

Survey and survey of construction and installation site to determine the construction plan

Parking lot construction is mainly divided into ground parking lot construction and basement parking lot construction. Relatively speaking, ground construction is relatively simple. It is convenient to adjust the installation position of each device. For underground parking lots, the equipment should be placed on a relatively horizontal ground as far as possible (installed vertically on the horizontal plane), and the barriers need to be folded-rod barriers. The placement of barriers and card readers is directly related to the convenience of users. Once the location of the pipeline is determined, changing the location will cause a lot of trouble for the construction. Therefore, for engineers who do not have much engineering experience in this area, install the barriers and card readers first. When it is in place, simulate the user, and work with Party A’s personnel to see if the positioning is appropriate, and finally confirm the installation plan.

Note: For the parking lot system with the entrance and exit in the same position, the width of the two lanes should be fully considered when determining the installation position of the barrier. Generally, the width of the lane should be greater than or equal to 2.5m and less than or equal to 4m. The width of the road occupied by the barrier should be fully considered when determining the installation location of the barrier. Thereby comprehensively design the installation location of the barrier.

After the site survey is completed, it is necessary to give specific construction drawings based on the survey situation, and strictly indicate the construction location of each equipment and the line connection facilities between each other.

System connection line laying construction
Before the construction of the system, it is necessary to plan the connection lines between the system’s mutual equipment. After confirmation, the line laying construction shall be carried out according to the construction drawings.
The pipeline laying is relatively simple. Before laying the pipeline, clarify the signal attributes, signal flow and power supply of each device according to the schematic diagram of the parking lot system and the pipeline diagram; the signal line and the 220V power line should be routed through the pipe separately, and the strong current is weak. The pipes cannot be laid together. For power cords, wires of different voltage levels and current levels cannot be threaded through the same iron pipe at the same time.

Line construction requirements:

B: Laying lines on the ground requires pipe-through operation (the line is passed inside the iron pipe)

Ground induction coil construction and installation
The construction and installation of the ground induction coil can be regarded as the most important part of the parking lot system installation. Before the installation starts, it is necessary to draw the accurate position of the ground induction coil on the ground according to the construction drawings. The size requirement of the ground induction coil is: 2m (length) × 0.8m (width).String
The number of laps is 6-8.
The cutting size of the groove for the ground induction coil is: width 0.5-1cm and depth: 3-4cm
After the ground-sensing coil placement slot is cut, extend the ground-sensing coil dedicated wire (anti-corrosion silver wire) clockwise around the slot for 6-8 turns, and extend the coil extension wire to the vehicle in the barrier cabinet after double-crossing In the detector.
After the system is finally debugged and the ground sensing coil is working normally, you can fill the ground sensing coil placement slot with cement or asphalt (or marble glue) to complete the installation of the ground sensing coil

The installation distance between two ground-sensing coils in the same lane is 350cm (the distance between two coils adjacent to each other). If the actual site environment cannot reach 350cm, it can be adjusted according to the site environment.

Barrier installation
According to the construction drawings, after confirming the installation position of the barrier, the barrier can be fixed by the expansion bolt worn by the barrier.
Note: If there are conditions or requirements, a waterproof and anti-collision safety island (installation base) with a height of 10-20cm can be cast, and the pipeline is embedded in the middle of the base of the barrier.
