The system uses the world’s leading microwave frequency band long-distance radio frequency identification technology, and each vehicle is equipped with an active proximity card registered in the system in advance. The active proximity card will continuously emit microwave signals. When the long-distance reader installed near the entrance and exit receives the proximity card signal, the long-distance card reader sends the card signal to the channel controller through the 485 (or Wiegand) interface. The channel controller judges the legality of the card. If it is legal, the relay on the controller will act and drive the barrier to open, allowing vehicles to enter and exit, otherwise it will not be allowed to pass. A computer can be installed at the guard to monitor vehicle access records in real time, including vehicle department, driver’s name, license plate, and photo. It can be used with the image capture module to capture real-time photos of the current vehicle and save it in the database when the vehicle enters and exits.

The following is a schematic diagram of two more typical application modes:

Mode 1: Single-channel access control: The channel width is 2-4 meters, and the card reading distance should be limited to less than 10 meters. If necessary, you don’t need to stop. The speed of the vehicle should be controlled below 60 km/h. The sensor card selects SP-TGS. -300/301, install it behind the windshield of the car or in a suitable place in the car. The SP-RFS-300 reader is fixed on the side of the channel or suspended on the top of the channel with a stainless steel column, and can be adjusted to the best ground height and angle according to the actual situation on site during installation.

Mode two, dual-channel access control: the total width of the channel is 4-6 meters, one entry and one exit, the card reading distance is limited to less than 10 meters, if necessary, you don’t need to stop, and the speed of the car should be controlled below 60 km/h. Choose SP-TGS-300/301 for proximity card, install it behind the windshield of the car or in a suitable place inside the car. The SP-RFS-300 reader is fixed on the side of the channel or suspended on the top of the channel with a stainless steel column, and can be adjusted to the best ground height and angle according to the actual situation on site during installation.

Program features

Long distance: easy to achieve within 10 meters of reading distance. Due to the actual requirements of vehicle access control, the card reading distance should not be too long. This solution does not need to be manually approached to swipe the card or to pass in a designated area to be recognized. Fully automatic recognition is realized, which can avoid problems such as the driver having to move the window close to the reader to swipe the card in bad weather. During peak hours, it can effectively alleviate the congestion problem caused by too many vehicles entering and leaving the warehouse and queuing credit cards.

Stable operation: The active card has a stable reading distance and is not easily affected by the surrounding environment. Moreover, the active card can effectively break through the shielding effect of the automobile’s explosion-proof metal mesh, and smoothly exchange data with the reader.

It supports high-speed mobile reading, and the moving speed of the identification card can reach 200 km/h.

High reliability, it can operate normally within the ambient temperature of -40℃-85℃, especially in the low temperature in the north and high temperature in the south, it has more advantages, and it can effectively resist dust and pollutants in the air.

High anti-interference: There are no special requirements for various interference sources on site, and the installation is convenient and simple.

There is no need to apply for and pay for the ISM microwave frequency band that is open worldwide.

Ultra-low power consumption: long service life, low average cost, and it is safer and healthier for the human body without radiation damage.
