1.Determine the location of the equipment according to the design plan and site conditions

The height of the barrier is -1.2 meters as the position of the folding bar; the placement of the barrier and the card reader is directly related to the user’s convenience. Once the location is determined and the pipeline is in place, changing the location will bring a lot of trouble to the construction. Therefore, for engineers who do not have much engineering experience in this area, first install the barrier and card reader equipment in place, and then Simulate the user, check with Party A’s personnel to see if the positioning is appropriate, and finally lay the pipeline.

(2). Determine the installation location of the automatic card dispenser. In the parking lot with temporary vehicles, if the remote card reader is selected and the automatic card dispenser is selected at the same time, the automatic card dispenser is an independent body, installed in front of the card reader about 0.3 meters away from the card reader ; If you choose a normal card reader and an automatic card dispenser at the same time, the automatic card dispenser is installed in the ticket box together with the card reader, and you don’t need to consider this step in the on-site construction;
Determine the location of the camera (if the image comparison function is not selected, this item is not required)
The angle of view of the import and export camera is mainly for the position of the license plate of the entering and exiting vehicle when the card is read. Generally, the automatic iris lens is selected, and the installation height is generally 2-2.5 meters;

(3). Determine the location of the guard hall

For parking lots without temporary vehicles, the location of the guard hall depends on the site, or there is no guard hall at all; for parking lots with temporary vehicles, the guard hall is generally placed at the exit to facilitate charging;
Since the control computer and other equipment must be placed in the guard hall, and it is also the working place of the staff on duty, there are certain requirements for the area of ​​the guard hall, preferably not less than 4 square meters;

(4). Determine the location of the control host

Design parameters of parking lot system:
a. Card reader (center distance) and barrier (center distance)>2.5M;
b. The distance from the management computer (usually placed in the management booth of the parking lot) to the card reader is less than 100M;

d. Ground induction coil size: 2M (length) X0.8M (width);
e. The minimum area of ​​the charge management post: 4 square meters (2M*2M);
f. Width of entry and exit lanes: >3M;

2.Pipeline laying

The laying of pipelines is relatively simple. Before laying the pipelines, compare the schematic diagrams of the parking lot system and the pipeline diagrams to clarify the signal attributes, signal flow and power supply of each device; the signal wires and power wires should be threaded separately. For the power wires, Wires of different voltage levels and different current levels cannot pass through the same tube.
Embedment of ground-induction coils: Generally, the embedment of ground-induction coils is carried out at the same time as pipeline laying. Please refer to relevant drawings for specific methods.

(2). Control line (from the entrance and exit machine to the barrier): RVVP6*0.3mm2
(3). Video cable (from the entrance and exit camera to the management computer): 75-5 coaxial cable
(4) Ground sense wire: high temperature and corrosion resistant single stranded multi-core 1.5mm2 wire wound 3 times, buried depth 3cm-5cm;
(5). Power cord: (power supply to card reader, barrier, camera) RVV3*2.5 mm2;

3. Equipment installation and wiring (see installation diagram and wiring diagram for details)

(1). Installation of entrance and exit machines and barriers:

a. Cast a waterproof and anti-collision safety island (installation base) with a height of 10-20CM, and pre-bury pipelines in the middle of the entrance and exit machine and the base of the barrier.
b. Use four expansion bolts to fix the entrance and exit machine and the barrier on the safety island.

(2). Embedment of ground induction coil:

a. The ground induction coil is buried after the paving of the entrance and exit road surface is completed or at the same time as the pavement is paved;
b. When the pavement is paved or is being paved, cut a coil placement slot in the lane near the entrance and exit machine and the installation location of the barrier (the coil is placed in the slot, the slot width is 1.5CM), and the size of the ground induction coil It is 200CM (length) X80CM (width) X5CM (depth);
c. Wind the ground wire around the slot for 3 times, and introduce the two terminals of the coil into the cabinet of the entrance and exit machine and the barrier, and fill the slot with cement or asphalt
