Vehicle admission:
1. The vehicle enters the recognition area of the high-definition license plate recognition camera, and the camera starts to capture and recognize the license plate number;
2. The identified information is sent to the controller, and the controller determines the vehicle type and validity period;
3. If the vehicle is a fixed vehicle and within the validity period, the entrance controller will send the gate opening signal, the barrier will be opened and released, the voice broadcast and the display screen will display the license plate number, welcome and validity period; at the same time, record the entry time of the vehicle and save it To the database, the vehicle crosses the entrance and enters the parking lot, and the parking space display refreshes the parking space;
4. If it is a temporary vehicle, automatically open the gate according to the software setting or confirm the gate opening and admission.
The whole process is automatically completed (the temporary card is set to automatically open the brakes), without staff intervention, the vehicle is always in a driving state, and there is no need to stop.
When the system is offline, both fixed and temporary vehicles can enter the venue normally, the voice broadcast and the display screen display the license plate information, the controller saves the entry record, and uploads the data after recovery.
2. Construction and software configuration
2.1 Construction requirements for video stream trigger recognition
The installation location of the equipment is shown in the figure below:
Install the corresponding deceleration belt, the distance between the deceleration belt and the barrier is 4-6 meters (Note: Install at least one deceleration belt. If the deceleration belt is not installed, the speed of the vehicle will be too fast, which will cause the recognition rate to decrease);
The installation height of the camera should be at least about 1.7 meters, and the distance between the camera and the barrier should be about 0.5 meters. The camera should be installed with an inclination (to prevent direct exposure of the car’s high beams and direct sunlight to cause the camera lens to be exposed).

When a vehicle enters or exits the venue, the handheld parking APP recognizes the vehicle license plate or manually enters the vehicle license plate number to manage the entry and exit of the vehicle. Check the admission record when you leave the venue, calculate the charge, and announce the parking fee. After the charge, the gate will be opened and the vehicle will be released. The handheld parking APP mobile client effectively solves the problem of inability to enter and exit and charge fees due to the paralysis of the parking fee computer.
