1. Long-distance recognition:
The effective reading distance between the card reader and the tag on the car is 0 to 80 meters, which provides a time buffer from the card reader recognition to the opening of the automatic gate. This distance is suitable for most parking lots. , This distance is also the technical basis for “passing customs without stopping”.
2. Automatic recognition of internal cars
For vehicles inside the army, the system can automatically recognize and release the brakes automatically. The system saves the basic information of the vehicles in the hospital, and the database records the license plates, drivers, basic information of in and out of all vehicles in the garage, and so on. When passing through the entrance, the card reader at the entrance recognizes the ID number of the vehicle tag, and compares this ID number with the ID number in the database. If it is a vehicle in the courtyard, the system controls the brake to open automatically. If the vehicle is not in the hospital, the system will issue an alarm; the system can control the camera to take a picture of the license plate of the vehicle and save it in the database along with the vehicle entry and exit records.
3. The brakes are automatically opened
The card reader recognizes the vehicle. If it shows that it is inside the army, the system will control the brakes to open automatically, eliminating the need for the administrator to open the brakes. This saves time and saves the administrator. Less trouble

Since external vehicles are not equipped with electronic tags, temporary cards can be used. Temporary card is a card authorized by the system, a card that can be recognized by a reader, but the ID number and color of this card are different from the card of the internal vehicle, and the file in the system is also separate.
5. Effective management of vehicles
For vehicles inside the army, the system can show whether they are in the courtyard. When the vehicle enters the yard, the system shows that the location of the vehicle is in the yard; when the vehicle goes out, the card reader at the exit reads the exit information of the vehicle, and the system displays the location of the vehicle as not in the yard. Using this function, you can count the vehicles in the hospital, and then according to the data in the database, you can determine whether the vehicles are in the hospital at any time.
6. Information feedback
When a vehicle is driven out of the garage, the reader at the exit of the garage can quickly identify the information of the vehicle and upload the information to the management machine. If there is an abnormal exit from the garage, the system will issue an alarm.
Three, system process description
3.1 Build a database
The system first establishes a corresponding database for each vehicle’s label. The database includes information such as tag ID number, vehicle license plate, unit to which it belongs, and person in charge. When the reader sends the ID number of a vehicle tag to the host computer, the host computer can call out the corresponding information from the original database.
3.2 Vehicle storage

If it matches, it shows that the vehicle belongs to the garage, and then raise the pole to pass. The system will automatically record the time when the vehicle is in the warehouse and save it. If it does not match, it will show that the vehicle does not belong to the garage, then do not raise the pole, call the police and inform the manager to deal with it.

3.4 Notification function of vehicle delivery
When a vehicle is driven out of the garage, the reader at the exit of the garage can quickly identify the information of the vehicle and upload the information to the upper computer. The management computer can clearly see the label information of the vehicle. If it is an abnormal departure, The reader and the system will alarm, and will link with the video surveillance system to retrieve nearby video surveillance pictures for effective management.
