Solution to the problem that the card reader of the Red Gate Parking System cannot spit out the card normally
[ad_1]
For management needs, the general parking lot system will record vehicle registration information by swiping a card. If the car owner enters and exits the vehicle management place, if the card reader of the parking lot system fails to read the card normally, not only the vehicle cannot be effectively managed, but the owner will also be dissatisfied with the resulting traffic congestion. Red Gate Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., as a well-known domestic entrance and exit solution expert, discussed and analyzed and summed up the following experiences based on after-sales experience.
The reasons are as follows
1. When the recycling bin is full, the ground pressure will no longer spit out the card;
2. When the card reader at the entrance cannot sense the vehicle, it cannot spit out the card.
3. The inserted card is deformed, causing the card to be stuck to the card exit when the card is exited;
4. The inserted card is pasted with foreign matter, which causes the card to be stuck to the card exit when the card is exited;
5. The inserted cards have rain, and the cards are stuck to each other, causing the card to be unable to spit out;
solution
1. Check whether the card in the recycling bin is full:
If the cards in the recycling bin are full, the cards in the recycling bin should be disposed of in time;
2. Simulate to detect whether the geological sense of the entrance card reader is crashed or damaged:
a) Put an iron plate on the ground sensing area, and check whether it prompts “Please swipe the card or press the key to swipe the card”. If the prompt is normal, it means that the sense of the ground is normal;
b)
If it fails to prompt normally, you need to re-plug and re-plug the ground-sensing processor, and pay attention to the corresponding notch during the plug-in process. If the ground-sensing processor cannot be used normally after being unplugged and plugged in, it needs to be reported to the engineering maintenance department for repair and inspection and repair of the ground-sensing wire.
3. If the above are all normal, do the following:
a) Cut off the power supply of the card dispenser;
b) Card issuance in the form of manual issuance of temporary cards to avoid blockage of entrance vehicles;
c) Find a way to take out the card from the card ejection machine and check whether it is deformed, whether there is foreign matter sticking or whether there is water mark:
If the card is deformed, the card should be taken back and no further use; if the card is stuck with foreign matter, it should be removed in time (it is not allowed to stick any label on the card), and it can be used after the exit inspection; if the card has water marks, the water marks should be removed Wipe it clean and continue to use it after the exit inspection.
d) After processing, power on the card dispenser;
e) And check whether there is a card in the recycling bin to ensure that there is no card in the recycling bin.
f) Resume card issuance in the form of automatic card pickup.
4. If it still cannot be used normally after the above treatment, it needs to be reported to the engineering maintenance department for treatment.
Note: This solution is only suitable for dealing with the problem of the card reader failure of the Red Gate brand smart parking lot management system.
