Three, design ideas
First, install a vehicle electronic tag for each vehicle that needs to be counted, usually on the windshield of the vehicle. Then set up a counting acceptance room or monitoring center in the place that needs to be monitored (it can also be a virtual inspection room with leaks, this depends on the actual site), and then connect the equipment and connect to the host computer. The user can follow the on-site situation Adjust the reading distance of the card reader. Generally, it should be controlled at a distance of about 30-50 meters. When everything is ready, you can start the counting management software to perform counting statistics. It should be noted that: in the card reading area, the time the vehicle stays should not be too long.
The first card reader that defines the approach direction of the vehicle is 1, and the second reader is 2 (that is, the first one in the exit direction). When a vehicle passes by two card readers, the card reader will automatically read the vehicle card number, and the card reader will send the read card number to the computer. If the result of the computer analysis is read by the card reader 1 first When the card number is reached, the card number is read by the card reader 2, then it is judged that the vehicle is entering the field, and statistical records are performed; if the result of the computer analysis is that the card number is read by the card reader 2 first, and then the card number is read by the card reader 1 , Then it is judged that the car company is out of the field, and statistical records are carried out. The communication connection between the card reader and the computer is through RS485. At the same time, the system is equipped with infrared beams and cameras, which are mainly used to take photos and captures of the approaching vehicles, which is convenient for future data reference and is more intuitive and accurate. Only when the two pairs of infrared beams sense signals together, the camera will start to take pictures.
Moreover, a display screen is provided at the door of the relevant passage where the card reader is located, and the display screen can be large or small to choose from. The small display is cheap and less investment, but the amount of information displayed at the same time is small. It can only display the information of one vehicle. When several vehicles pass by at the same time, it cannot display all the vehicle information at the same time; the large display can display more at the same time Information, when three or four vehicles pass by at the same time, all vehicle information can be displayed at the same time, but the price investment will be correspondingly higher. At the same time, according to the customer’s requirements, a related voice system can also be provided to cooperate with the entire system to send out voice signals to notify the drivers of related vehicles that the vehicle information has been recorded.
