RFID solutions

Install an RFID tag on the tray to record the corresponding assembly mode of the lens in the tray;

When manually placing the lens, write the corresponding assembly mode information in the tag (you only need to modify the writing mode of the reader once when switching between different assembly schemes, and then the RFID reader will automatically write according to the same scheme);

Install an RFID card reader at the assembly node to read the tag information, and the device automatically selects the assembly mode.

Comprehensive on-site conditions, choose the CK-UR08 series card reader and the matching label, install the CK-UR08 card reader at the lens sorting place and node to meet the production needs.

Desired effect

After the lens is placed on the tray, it reaches the assembly node with the operation of the assembly line. After the node reads the mode information in the RFID tag, it automatically runs the assembly. After the assembly is completed, it flows to the next node and repeats this process until the process is completed.
