1. Warehouse management
Each piece of goods must be labelled when entering the warehouse, scanned with a handheld machine, and transmitted to the database for records via WIFI;
2. Outbound management (shipping management)
Scan the barcode of the outbound order, automatically display the name and storage location of the goods, and confirm after checking;
3. Relocation management (relocation management)
When the goods are moved from one warehouse to another, the barcode is scanned by the handheld machine and automatically recorded in the database;
4. Inventory management
After scanning the storage location with the handheld, it will automatically display the name and quantity of the goods, and then scan the barcode to confirm whether the goods are still in the storage location;
5. Cargo search
When the staff enters the cargo number in the handheld, it can automatically jump out of the storage location and barcode number of the cargo;
6. ERP system
After the handheld machine scans, the data can be transmitted to the central ERP software in real time via WIFI. It can seamlessly connect with mainstream ERP systems, such as Kingdee K3, Yonyou, Guan Jiapo, etc., and can also support custom ERP software.
