1. System composition
Based on RFID technology, using B/S architecture to realize gas cylinder information management, improve management quality and service level, and reduce management costs. The system configuration is shown in Figure 1.

Each cylinder is equipped with an ID card (Rfid label), the staff wears an employee card, and the customer carries a user information card; scan the label information through the Rfid handheld, and send the data to the data server through GPRS (or Wifi) to achieve Information verification and management functions.
Each step of the gas cylinder operation is scanned and managed by the handheld (or all-in-one) to realize the whole process of recording and traceability. The system process is shown in Figure 3.
2. System function
(1) GIS management
GIS management can realize online GIS management of customer and transportation vehicle information, and realize the function of querying transportation vehicle path records.

(2) Sales statistics
Digital sales reports can be realized based on sales records. The icons can be in various forms (line graph, area graph, 2D horizontal histogram, 2D vertical square graph, 3D vertical square graph, 2D doughnut graph, 2D pie graph, 3D pie. State diagram) display, timely and intuitive, to improve scientific reference for decision makers.
