product description
Ann’s electronic library management system is mainly composed of the following seven subsystems: book bidding management system, self-service borrowing system, self-service return system, counter manual borrowing/returning system, digital inspection system, safety monitoring system and query analysis Statistical system; the intelligentization of Ann’s electronic library management system can help library staff save a lot of time from work such as borrowing, returning, sorting, and error checking, so as to have more energy and time for readers Provide more and more thoughtful humanized services.
The main function:
Simplify borrowing and returning books:At present, in addition to the optical barcode, which is used as the identification code of each book, the paper data of the library needs to be affixed with a magnetic strip for security reasons to prevent books from being carried out without permission. Applying RFID technology, replacing bar codes and magnetic strips with RFID TAG, borrowing and returning books to avoid degaussing and magnetizing work.
Speed up inventory operations:Since the bar code reader must be at a close distance and there is no obstruction to read the bar code, therefore, each book must be taken out from the shelf when counting. RFID TAG transmits signals through radio waves, and can read several RFID TAG data at a time, simplifying inventory work.
Easy to find books that are not on the shelf or in the wrong shelf position: Using radio wave induction makes it easier to find books.
Readers self-borrow and return books:With the self-service book borrowing and returning peripheral equipment, readers can handle book borrowing by themselves; with the automatic book return peripheral equipment, readers can automatically handle the book return processing.
Anti-theft auxiliary function:When readers leave the gate with unregistered books, the security detection gate will automatically detect and alarm.
