1. The working principle of the system
The SKEPS-VAS system adopts a two-level approval mechanism. The operator fills in the application vehicle information. The vehicle information includes the user, destination, planned time to go out, applied vehicle and reason for going out, etc. The examination and approval department reviews the outbound application and approves it. After the data is reported to the approval department, after the approval of the leader of the approval department, the operator chooses to register the driver, print the dispatch form, and authorize the driver’s card to enter and exit at the corresponding time, one card for the driver and one card for the vehicle (installed behind the license plate) (Or under the chassis), when the vehicle goes out, the system inspects the personnel card and the vehicle card and automatically opens the gate and releases after approval, and at the same time takes pictures of the vehicle, and manages all equipment using network communication.
This system uses TV6 proximity card and RV1-DS card reader for vehicle management. Vehicles that use local units are all assigned a TV6 remote personnel card. Place a long-distance sensing antenna at the front of the barrier. When the vehicle carrying the proximity card reaches the sensing area, the long-distance card reader reads the vehicle card and the personnel card, and transmits them to the controller, and the controller judges the legitimacy of the read card number. If the two cards are approved, the relay on the controller will act and the smart barrier connected to it will open. If the card is illegal, the relay will not operate and the barrier cannot be opened. At the same time, the computer will give an alarm message of the illegal card for the guard to deal with.
When the vehicle passes through the barrier, the barrier will automatically fall. When passing the card reader coil on the other side, the card reader will also read the card number of the proximity card, but it will not output to the controller. Therefore, the barrier will not be opened again (this function is called the same card delay ).
The computer screen installed at the passageway will display the entry and exit information of the vehicle in real time, such as the license plate, card number, photo of the vehicle, entry and exit time, so that the management staff can check in time and make inquiries and statistics afterwards, and can generate various reports .
The unit passageway adopts the intelligent barrier gate. After receiving the door opening signal from the controller, the barrier automatically opens; after the vehicle passes, it automatically drops the bar.
In order to prevent the barriers of the barriers from smashing the cars due to accidents, ground induction coils are buried under each barrier. A set of infrared beams can also be installed on the left and right sides of the entrance and exit. The barrier itself also has the function of anti-smashing.
