Shanghai News Lightning Technology Co., Ltd. NFC-based intelligent inspection system construction plan
[ad_1]
System construction background
At present, most patrol inspection systems need to use a patrol stick to touch the information button set at the patrol point and read the information during the inspection. After the patrol is completed, the patrol data in the patrol stick will be uploaded to the computer through the cradle. The management software compares the pre-set inspection data with the actual inspection data to obtain statistical information such as missed inspections, failures, etc., through which the actual completion of the inspection work can be truly understood.
After conducting detailed research and analysis on the inspection workflow, Shanghai News Lightning Technology Co., Ltd. and Huzhou Shenlan Software Co., Ltd. proposed a more scientific and standardized new technology, which overcomes the various shortcomings of the above-mentioned inspection system. It provides a more scientific and effective management method for inspection work.
System construction goals
Through the intelligent inspection system, the following goals are achieved:
1. The users of the system have permission settings, and users with different permissions have different levels of functions, which are safe and reliable;
2. Realize the inspection workflow. In the inspection process, the inspectors use the smart terminal device to scan the pre-arranged induction card to obtain the inspection point information, and then fill in the data according to the actual situation and upload the inspection record, which can be supplemented by text , Pictures, videos and other multimedia information to explain the details of inspection points;
3. By binding the mobile phone’s MAC address, SIM card number and login account, the uniqueness of the machine-card combination is realized (a mobile phone can only log in to one account), to ensure that the machine-card is not separated, so as to determine the inspection personnel and the inspection process legality;
4. The management personnel deal with it in time, and the management personnel can receive the inspection records uploaded by the inspectors in time, and can deal with the abnormal inspection situation immediately;
5. Inspectors need to complete the inspections within their own responsibilities according to the work plan formulated in advance, otherwise the system will detect uncompleted inspection tasks and use this as the basis for investigating the inspectors’ responsibility and performance evaluation ;
6. Centralized and visualized management. The system provides a back-end management platform, which realizes the centralized and visualized management of the entire system resources, and standardizes the unified standard of inspection work;
7. Big data analysis and statistics. Through the big data analysis and statistics function, you can fully understand the distribution and deployment rules of resources, so as to allocate resources more rationally and improve work efficiency.
In order to achieve the above goals, Shanghai Xunshan has launched two new NFC inspection tags.
3125 (compatible with NTAG203), storage capacity 144bytes;
1830 series (compatible with SLI-L, SLIX and SLIX-S), storage capacity: from 32 bytes to 224 bytes)
Both chips support the NDEF format and can communicate with mobile phones friendly.
