1. System overview
The global business competition in the 21st century is not only a single competition that surpasses the fields of technology, cost, and management, but also a comprehensive competition of the advantages and disadvantages of various global supply chains. The multinational commercial retail giants have invested heavily in their supply chain strategy, planning, operation management, distribution center planning, warehouse planning, etc., using the most advanced science and technology today to establish a fast and efficient operation system.
Use RFID technology to identify stacks of cigarettes, store the barcode information of each cigarette in the stacks, and useRFIDThe readable and writable function of the bar code and the RFID electronic label are combined to realize the factory scanning by the stack as the unit, and the cigarette circulation enterprise scanning the commercial arrival by the stack as the unit, simplify the operation process, improve work efficiency, and reduce the labor of workers strength. Realize in the digital warehouse management information system: cigarette receipt management, cigarette pallet storage management, warehouse business management, cigarette pallet delivery management and other functions.
2. System composition and process
The RFID digital warehouse system is composed of information collection and correlation functions, purchase management functions, shipment management functions, and warehouse management information systems.
Figure 1 System diagram
2.1 Information collection and correlation function
This part is mainly composed of handheld RFID readers or mobile readers, wireless network access devices and corresponding acquisition and writing control software.
Scan the barcode information of each cigarette on the tray through the barcode scanning function of the handheld RFID reader or mobile reader and write it into the electronic label in the tray after being compressed by the software to realize the association between the barcode information and the RFID label , Mainly used for adjustment operations.

2.2 Purchase management function
This part is mainly composed of fixed RFID readers, LED large screens, signal lights, and vehicle-mounted control PC.
When the finished cigarette enters the warehouse through the conveyor belt at the entrance, the barcode information of each cigarette is scanned and recorded. When the number of the entire pallet is reached (for example: 30 pieces), it is compressed by the software and written into the pallet by the RFID reader. In the electronic tag, the barcode information and the RFID tag are associated, and then the shipping position is calculated through the computer warehouse management information system, and the inventory instruction is sent to the forklift vehicle system through the wireless network, and stored in the corresponding storage space according to the requirements. The storage information is displayed on the screen.
2.3 Shipment management function
This part is mainly composed of fixed RFID readers, LED large screens, signal lights, and vehicle-mounted control PC. The warehouse clerk enters the pick-up documents through the computerized warehouse management information system and specifies the shipping location, and sends the shipping instruction to the forklift truck system via the wireless network. The forklift receives the shipping instruction and picks up the pallet goods at the designated location.Forklift the front forklift reader to confirm the accuracy of the pallet goods again, and then send the pallet goods to the conveyor belt at the outgoing port, the conveyor belt reader at the outgoing port reads whether the pallet label information is accurate, and the check is correct. The storage information is displayed on the screen

Through the inventory management of the pallets of goods, the first-in first-out management in the flat warehouse is fully realized, which greatly improves the storage capacity of the warehouse.

Three, system function analysis
The system can achieve the following main functions more prominently:
3.1 Realize first-in first-out management of goods
The digital warehouse system uses advanced RFID technology, wireless local area network, database and other advanced technologies to realize the management of cigarette trays. For each batch of goods in the warehouse, the storage time, storage location and other information are automatically recorded by the system. When the goods are out of the warehouse, the first-in first-out management of the goods can be realized on this basis.
3.2 Real-time management of warehouse inventory
The inventory management of the original cigarette distribution center warehouse relied on manual reports and manual statistics. As a result, various departments could not understand inventory information in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, with the development of business, the number and variety of daily incoming and outgoing goods gradually expand, and customer needs are becoming increasingly complex. Whether the warehouse inventory can be managed in real time has become an important factor affecting the establishment of a fast and efficient operating system. Managers and related departments can accurately grasp the inventory situation of the warehouse in real time. The real-time management of warehouse inventory provides a scientific basis for the management decisions of leaders at all levels and related departments.
3.3 Material tracking and graphical management
On the basis of realizing cigarette pallet position management, the system can also realize the functions of material tracking and graphical management. This function allows the stock materials to be reflected in a graphical manner very intuitively and quickly. Greatly improve the storage efficiency and precision of cigarette item management.
Fourth, the application prospects of the tobacco industry
The tobacco industry is currently following a trend of large concentration, which indicates that the “one-warehouse” distribution operation mode of “modern logistics” will be increasingly used in large-scale and busy logistics distribution. The highly stressful working environment and the need for strict cost control have led to more stringent requirements for logistics management. The inherent powerful management functions of RFID solutions can meet this requirement of the tobacco industry. For the application prospects of RFID in the tobacco industry, there are mainly the following five aspects:
1. Flue-cured tobacco production link
2. Sales and Monopoly Management
3. Cigarette production link
4. Logistics distribution and warehousing
5. Wholesale and retail
