1. Working principle
First of all, before the medicine box is put into the cold chain truck, the temperature and humidity label will be installed in the logistics truck. After the shipment starts, it will continue to record the temperature and humidity of the environment where the items are located. The label information is sent wirelessly. The label uses the ZigBee microwave label, which ensures that the information can be sent to the PDA outside the medicine box through the metal medicine box, so that the PDA placed at the door of the logistics vehicle can read the data sent by the label, and show. If the temperature reaches a preset limit value, an alarm is issued. The system controls the PDA reading time, controls the PDA switch to read the data sent by the tag every few minutes, and sends it to the computer in the logistics center of the pharmaceutical factory in the form of a table or a curve.
If the temperature in the logistics vehicle is close to the preset temperature limit value, the system will alarm according to the preset method to remind the driver to adjust the temperature of the logistics vehicle cold storage. The system can also be equipped with a GPRS module. Through GPRS technology, the logistics center of a pharmaceutical factory can monitor the temperature of the logistics vehicle through a PDA, and draw a curve or chart for analysis. When the cargo arrives at the destination, the driver can immediately check the box with abnormal temperature based on the warning signal. The system will also automatically create a temperature trend graph, so that it can accurately know what changes in temperature occurred at what time. When the medicine is delivered to the customer, the temperature change during the entire logistics process can be viewed through the PDA. If the customer thinks it is necessary, the curve can be directly transferred through an external printer. The chart is printed out, together with the delivery note, for the customer to sign for it. After the medicine is out of the warehouse, the information of the medicine is stored in the database of the computer in the logistics center of the pharmaceutical factory for later query.
3. Real-time temperature changes in the logistics vehicle
