1. System overview

With the rapid development of the electronics industry, higher and higher requirements are put forward for the quality of electronic equipment and components. In this way, in the early stage of the production of electronic equipment, the electrostatic test of the employees is particularly important, and at the same time, the automatic identification of the employee’s identity must be realized. The electrostatic tester identification management system proposed by Smartkey just meets this need.

The system integrates computer technology, network communication technology, ESD technology, automatic control technology and proximity card technology to realize automatic identification of employees and quick passage of electrostatic tests. It is suitable for the control of static electricity testing at the channel ports in important occasions such as research institutes, laboratories, and factories.

2. System requirement analysis

The system requirements are divided into the following three situations:
①After the card is legally verified, employees can pass the tripod gate. It is required to display the legal or illegal records of the card verification in the real-time records, and the records of the employees passing the tripod gate;
②The employee can pass the tripod gate only after the card is legal and the feet’s electrostatic test is passed. It is required to display the records of legal or illegal card verification, the records of passing or failing the electrostatic test of the feet, and the records of employees passing the tripod gate in the real-time records;
③When the card is valid and the static electricity tests on hands and feet have passed, employees can pass the tripod gate. It is required to display the records of legal or illegal card verification, the records of passing or failing the static electricity test of the hands, the records of passing or failing the static electricity test of the feet, and the records of employees passing the tripod gate in the instant records.

Three, system composition

The system is composed of electrostatic tester identification management software, programmable logic controller, door controller, card reader, tripod switch, electrostatic tester, infrared probe and 485 converter.

1. Electrostatic tester identification management software

It is used to add employee information, issue cards, assign employee permissions, and display the employee’s static test and passing the tripod gate in real time, and query the passage of related personnel.

2. Programmable logic controller

The programmable logic controller is the’heart’ of the entire system. It not only realizes the automatic identification of the employee’s identity, but also completes the system linkage with the electrostatic tester. When the card is legal and the electrostatic test passes, the relay on the programmable logic controller will act to drive the barriers to allow employees to pass. The programmable logic controller is developed with a 32-bit ARM9 chip and embedded Linux operating system. It integrates PLC functions. The controller has a 485 interface for communication with a computer and a TCP/IP network interface, which can store 100,000 cards and 100,000 records. Through the SKDC door-side controller, communication with all Smartkey readers, including key readers and fingerprint readers, can be realized.

3. Door controller

The gate-side controller is the bridge connecting the programmable logic controller and the card reader, and is responsible for accurately uploading the card number read by the card reader to the programmable logic controller.

4. Card reader

Used to read the serial number of a contactless proximity card.

5. Three stick gates

Passage management equipment, when the employee’s identity is legal and the static electricity test is passed, the barrier is opened to allow the employee to pass; otherwise, it cannot pass.

6. Static tester

An instrument used to test the electrostatic value of employees’ hands and feet.

7. Infrared probe

It is used to detect whether employees pass the three-bar gate.

8.485 converter

The programmable logic controller can be directly connected to the computer via TCP/IP. When the controller communicates with the computer via the 485 bus, a 485 converter must be added to the computer to convert the 485 signal to the 232 signal, and then enter the computer serial port.

Four, system network diagram

The system network diagram shows the connection between the programmable logic controller and the electrostatic tester, card reader, triple roller shutter and infrared probe.

Five, implementation plan

First of all, through the permission setting of the programmable logic controller, to realize the permission distribution of different identities. When a person with the authority of ① swips the card, the output point DO1∕2∕3 (refer to the system network diagram) will act at the same time; when the person with the authority of ② swipes the card, the output point DO1/2 will act at the same time; when the person with the authority of ③ swipes the card, the output point DO1 action.

When the ① type of authorized personnel swipes the card, the output point DO1∕2∕3 (refer to the system network diagram) will act at the same time. At this time, the 5# relay on the controller will act and drive the barrier to open. After the person passes through the infrared, the infrared sensor sends a reset signal to the controller (connected to the DI point of the controller), ready for the next employee to swipe the card and perform an electrostatic test.
When the person with the authority of ② swipes the card, the output point DO1/2 will act at the same time; and wait for the employee to pass the electrostatic test of the foot. If the electrostatic test passes, DO3 will act, which will activate the 5# relay to open the barrier.

When the ③ type of authorized personnel swipes the card, the output point DO1 will act, and wait for the employee to pass the electrostatic test of the hands and feet. If the hand and foot static electricity test passes, DO2 and DO3 will act separately to start the action of 5# relay and open the barrier.

The controller transmits the above-mentioned card swiping record and electrostatic test situation to the computer management software in real time. And on the monitoring interface, the employee’s card swiping records, electrostatic test results and the situation of passing the barriers are displayed.

Six, system function

1. Realize electrostatic test and automatic identification of personnel. After the card is legal and the electrostatic test passed, it can pass the barrier.

2. Flexible allocation of personnel permissions. Assign different permissions to people with different identities. For example, office managers only need to swipe their cards to pass the barriers, while workshop assembly workers need to swipe their cards and pass the electrostatic test before they can pass the barriers.

3. Support left and right foot static test. And only after passing the left and right foot static electricity test, you can continue to test the hand static electricity.

4. Different card readers can be used to support a variety of identity confirmation methods, including: swiping card, swiping card + password, fingerprint and so on. Employees with different permissions can be set to adopt different methods of identity confirmation.

5. Time zone and time control. 32 groups of time zone tables can be set, and holiday control functions are supported.

6. Through infrared sensors, the system can accurately determine whether employees pass the barrier.

7. Real-time display and recording of all event data; real-time transmission of all entry and exit records to the computer, which can be displayed immediately in the management center computer; cardholder (name, photo, etc.), event time, door address, event type, and truthfully record and record Cannot be changed. When an alarm event occurs, a striking alarm prompt box will pop up on the computer screen.

8. Equipment health monitoring. Through the communication server (CS), the management center can understand the operation of each device of the system in real time. When a certain programmable logic controller communication is abnormal, a striking alarm will appear.

9. The controller can be connected to the computer via a TCP/IP network, and the communication speed is 100M.
