1. The advantages of the intelligent three-roller gate management system

The intelligent three-roll gate charging management system is mainly composed of computers, printers, IC card issuing readers, intelligent three-roll gates, non-contact smart IC cards and corresponding management software. The RS485 bus structure is used for communication between the computer and the intelligent three-roll gate, and the communication distance can reach 1.2KM. 2. The working principle of the system
The core of the intelligent three-roll gate is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, and is equipped with a non-contact IC card reader system. When the issued IC card is read and written by the reader on the three-roll gate, the reader module automatically recognizes the identity of the IC card, and the effective date is When passing information is confirmed to be valid through two-way reading and writing, the signal display is allowed to enter and exit; at the same time, the information on the card and the charge record are stored in the single-chip microcomputer. The information can be directly input to the computer through the line, or the data can be collected through the authorized laptop.

3. System function
1.Automatic billing
When employees enter the canteen, they only need to shake the inductive smart card in the sensing area. The intelligent tripod gate will automatically determine whether the IC card is valid and sufficient according to the system downloading charging parameters (such as 1 yuan for breakfast, 3 yuan for lunch, 5 yuan for dinner, etc.) The balance will be automatically deducted. According to the dining time of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, each employee can only be restricted to one welfare meal. If the second meal is needed, the corresponding set amount will be deducted (for example, the Chinese meal welfare meal is charged 2 yuan, and the second one is charged 15 yuan).
2.One-way current limit
Restrict the one-way flow of people, while controlling the speed of the flow of people, turning crowded and chaotic into order. It is recommended to install a one-way three-roller gate outside the canteen exit.
3. Make a reservation
When employees need to have a meal, they only need to shake the induction smart card in the induction area of the reservation machine within the reservation time, and the reservation machine and system management software will automatically enter the number of people who order each meal, so that the cafeteria does not waste every meal.
Chapter 3 Introduction to the main equipment of the system
1. IC card issuance reader
The issuer mainly completes the following functions in the system: issuing IC cards; clearing the IC cards to be reissued; checking the contents of the issued IC cards.
2. Three roller gate
The three-roller gate is the control equipment of the pedestrian passage. In places where the exit and entrance need to be controlled, the use of three roller gates can make the flow of people pass through the passage in an orderly manner. Combine the non-contact IC card reader with the three-roller gate to become an intelligent three-roller gate.

2) After the automatic three-roller gate gets the signal that can pass, it not only has a passable photoelectric signal, but also the gate rod slightly moves an angle in the direction of travel, politely reminding pedestrians to pass. When a pedestrian passes, a small thrust is applied to the gate rod, and the gate head automatically rotates.
3) The automatic three-roller gate can control the time for passing pedestrians. Pedestrians must pass within 10 seconds after the release, otherwise, the gate lever will retreat to the initial position and can only pass when it is released again.
4) The three-roll gate has a memory function, which can record the number of people passing and the direction of their passing, and the record will not be lost after power failure. The record is transferred to the computer and the record can be cleared at any time.
5) Three roller gates can be operated offline or networked.
6) The standard bar of the three-roll gate is 550mm long, so the channel width is generally not more than 600mm wide.

This machine uses a 128×64 Chinese LCD display, 4M-bit FLASH memory, and the data is permanently stored when power is off. The maximum order capacity is 30,000.
