The RFID chip is implanted in the production of reinforced concrete components for identity identification, so as to manage the relevant information of the entire life cycle of the components from production, delivery, assembly, and maintenance.

1.2 Project significance

The use of RFID to establish a concrete management system based on RFID technology can solve the problem of shoddy goods during the feeding process, while also reducing costs, improving benefits and saving time for enterprises. By writing relevant information into the electronic label, such as identification information such as project name, manufacturer, production time, etc., the system can record the entire life cycle of each concrete specimen’s production, batch, warehousing, delivery, installation, implementation, and maintenance. Management of relevant information. And can automatically count the output, sales and other information, achieve multiple goals at one fell swoop, and realize the informatization of management.

1.3 Project application of RFID technology

The process of using radio waves to read, write, and identify a marked medium, and non-contact is its obvious feature. In practical applications, the reader writes data in a specific format into the RFID tag, and then attaches the tag to the surface of the object to be identified. The reader can also read and identify the electronic data stored in the electronic tag without contact, so as to realize the functions of long-distance, contactless collection and wireless transmission of object identification information. RFID technology can identify high-speed moving objects and can identify multiple tags at the same time, and the operation is quick and convenient.

Example: After the tag enters the magnetic field, it receives the radio frequency signal from the reader, and uses the energy obtained by the induced current to send the product information (PassiveTag, passive tag or passive tag) stored in the chip, or actively send a signal of a certain frequency (ActiveTag, RFID tag or active tag); After the reader reads and decodes the information, it is sent to the central information system for relevant data processing.

Non-contact data collection

RFID technology has greatly enhanced the manager’s ability to collect and track information on concrete components. Just put the RFID tag in the construction of the concrete component, and the data stored in the chip can be read through the RFID reader. It can work in the harsh environment of concrete components.

Large label information capacity and long service life

Compared with traditional data storage media such as barcodes and magnetic cards, the amount of data that RFID tags can store has greatly increased. With a capacity of 1K or even 8K, more information can be stored. For archive management applications, the basic information and borrowing of archives can be fully used. Records are written into the chip for storage.

High security

The data access of the label is protected by a password, and the identification code is unique and cannot be forged. This high-security protection measure prevents the data on the label from being forged and tampered with.

Strong anti-pollution performance and durability

The carrier of traditional bar codes is paper, so it is susceptible to contamination, but RFID is highly resistant to substances such as water, oil, and chemicals. In addition, because the barcode is attached to the plastic bag or the outer packaging carton, it is particularly vulnerable to breakage; the RFID tag stores the data in the chip, so it can be protected from contamination.

Small size and diversified shapes

RFID is not limited by size and shape in reading, and does not need to match the fixed size and printing quality of the paper for reading accuracy. In addition, RFID tags can be miniaturized and developed in various forms to be applied to different files.

Strong penetrating and barrier-free reading

When covered, RFID can penetrate metal or non-transparent materials such as concrete components, paper, wood, and plastic, and can perform penetrating communication. The barcode scanner must be at a close distance and there is no object blocking the situation before it can read the barcode.

Anti-theft

The tag can cooperate with the door-shaped channel antenna to effectively realize the anti-theft function, prevent the loss of components, and realize the alarm function of illegal removal.

1.5 System construction planning

1.5.1 Platform Architecture

Station technology involves radio frequency identification technology, embedded technology, mobile computing technology, computer interface software, middleware software, application management software, databases, digital communications, etc. The system uses the existing mature TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, GPS and other communication networks as the main transmission platform, and the corresponding RFID reading and writing equipment, RFID identification tags and other equipment are connected with the system to realize data collection and transmission.

1.5.2 System Planning

According to customer needs, we have planned the following functions for component management:

Component management

Manage various components, add, modify, and query component classification, number, and various technical parameter values, sizes, pictures, etc.

Production management

One-to-one binding of RFID electronic tags to components produced every day to establish electronic identity information. The system automatically generates daily production data statistics.

Manage each link in the production process, such as quality inspection of steel products, concrete pouring, quality inspection of slab components, quality inspection of wallboard components, quality inspection record management of beam components, etc.

Warehouse management

Manage the entry and exit of components, and record entry and exit records, managers, etc. The handover can be confirmed through the fingerprint machine.And warehouse components query, inventory, etc.

Installation management

Maintenance management

Statistical report
